As I've replied before to another comment also there was always something small missing in Dilerba's acting. It's not like she's the best out there but she's much better than a lot out there. For me I haven't read the Manhua so I can't say anything that way but so far I don't find Reba's acting thaaaaaaaaaaaaaat bad. I think she will slowly nail this character down.

I really hope not. I hope they won't stick to a cliché drama plot and make them stay sisters till the end. They really do have a strong bond despite Chengge always trying to push Leyan away she still cares deeply about LeYan.

I read somewhere that it started on Wednesday and then they continued to air on Thursday, Friday too but after that it will be from Monday-Wednesday schedule but here on Mydramalist it says from Monday till Friday. In the end I think I didn't give a proper answer for your question. Sorry XD

I don't know about the manhua but Changge's father's character and the current Crown Prince (Changge's Uncle) are real life characters. The Crown Prince is regarded as one of the greatest Emperors in the Tang Dynasty actually and not much about Changge's father is there due to the fact he was actually killed off in the Xuanwu Gate Incident (which is the starting point in the drama too).

Dilreba's acting has always that really small thing missing but it's not really bad. I actually like her here. Her character is strong (Although there are a like small places she could have added details into her acting. For example some running scenes she really does not stay in character where she has to act like a man). She has pinned down the whole character like 90% so far.
Just my humble opinion though.

Agreed. This is my first time seeing him act but I've heard his singing s much. I was shocked at how he is good as an actor too.

Yes. About the latter even I thought that was the thing. I don't want him to be a great character with self sacrifice but rather a good character development. I really feel that Le Yan will be that trigger for his character development.

Oh that's a relief. Actually seeing the opening song and the ending song makes me really scared. Everything just looks sad. I'm slowly starting fall in love with every single character so I really don't want anyone to die which is unrealistic I know XD

I heard the Manhua artist is in a small argument with the publishing company? And that's why the manhua isn't finished yet. I hope it's all resolved. This is all I've heard though.

I really wasn't expecting it in the drama but they gave like 10% of what was in there XD

Ok. I really don't care about what others say but I just LOVE this drama. Just 6 episodes in and it has pulled me in a way rarely other Chinese historical dramas do. I really love the chemistry between the leads. You cannot say that there's an age gap between them. Also this might come as an unpopular opinion but I actually like the who incorporating Manhua parts into the drama. It brings a certain charm to the story.

Lastly the wait is killing me. I actually love every single character here. Even Hao Duo's. The characters are written in a way that you cannot hate them but simply sympathize with them cuz in the end you can see the reasoning behind their actions and it makes you understand them. I know I'm going die by the end of this drama. The last drama I watched while it aired like this was Goodbye My Princess and believe me when I say it killed me in the end . I am not even going to expect a happy ending anymore. I'm still carrying the scars from Killer and Healer.

I can't believe they actually put that part in the drama. Such a scene is there in the special booklet and I never thought they'll have that scene too XD And as always Yod is there to 'almost' their moment XD

I love how people who loved this masterpiece always couples it with ITSAY which is another masterpiece. Those two really did raise the bar so high for LGBTQ+ dramas.

These two really raised the bar so high. They are so different yet the best in their genre. Not just Thai BL but LGBTQ+ projects in general.

Just 4 episodes in and I am loving this!! The story is really interesting and obviously there's no complaining about the amazing cast. Not only that the soundtrack is spot on, the costumes are just beautiful and suits everyone perfectly. and surprisingly the CGI is not that bad. And the inserts from the manhua is just perfect. The first C-drama in a while that I can't wait for the next episode.

Oh no. Really? That's sad though :( I've not yet finished but I really like brothers' relationship although they are constantly fighting XD They help each other after all when one's in trouble.
