Question, For those of us who can only watch this on YouTube , Are these trimmed down from from the Thai episodes?…
Actually the episodes that are shown on Line TV and GMM TV's YouTube channel were supposed to be longer than those shown on GMM 25 (Their television channel) but for some reason the most recent episode (Ep 7) had a difference in those shown internationally and the one on Line TV Taiwan.
LOL! I get that feeling of frustration but I also concur with those stating that there are layers to their hesitations,…
You're actually on the right track on how things play out in the book too. And I love how in depth you thought of the characters. It's nice that people are thinking beyond just the physical romance here.

I love how you explained everything. Actually I've been following some of your comments and I have to say I agree whole heartedly with you. I'm the type of person who wouldn't mind if this story ends without a kiss even. Yes having a kiss is an added bonus but this story is simply not about physical romance. They are showing there's much more. This is completely realistic in that aspect.
Like you've mentioned above Phu puts others before himself. That's what he has been doing his whole life and that's what he will continue to do so too. There's only one single point through out the novel he considers his own happiness and does something. For me personally (although it could be frustrating for others) shows his mature side. It puts him apart from other BL characters. Phu's back story wasn't full of roses either. There is a reason that he is staying in the village and not in the city despite having so much potential. At a point Tian will give him a reason to spread his wings too.
I love how some are actually understanding of these characters. These are not simple characters but highly multi-layered and realistically fleshed out characters. Not everyone can take decisions fast without thinking of consequences and this story shows that aspect in their characters. The only show for me other than 1000 stars, that fleshed out realistic BL characters was ITSAY. These two shows did not restrict themselves into the cliché box of BL tropes.
I would highly recommend people to watch this for the growth of the characters which is beautifully portrayed. This story is giving us a moral in each episode, a time to look back on ourselves. How simple our lives would be if we didn't get caught in the current of modern times and live it at our own pace with a simple happiness in life. For me the story is going at the perfect pace to truly show their relationship and its growth.
Like I said at the beginning I truly love your insight to the situation and would love to see how it all plays out at the end.
I'm so excited by this announcement. But at the same time I'm so scared. Ohm is one of my favourite actors and…
This is helmed by the same team that did 1000 stars and He's Coming To Me. The former in my preference is the best GMM TV BL so far and I've heard great reviews for the latter too. Director Aof is notorious for having really good projects so I think it's ok to have a bit more expectations for this.
I want a date, NOW! Prayer circle for this to air in the first half of 2021. Does anyone know when GMM usually…
Highly unlikely. It's supposed to air (according to rumors) after Fish Upon The Sky and Enchante. Most probably latter half of 2021. They still haven't started the workshops even.
I’ve seen lots of dramas before with an enemies to lovers plot, but I think this is the first time I’ve seen…
Well, the novel itself has a lot of drama when their relationship is reveled so if Aof sticks close to the novel, get ready for a whole-ass trope of angst being thrown your way. It won't be totally GMM TV's fault this time if it's included though.
tbh i'm so bored and kind of annoyed by GMMTV constant BL series- and lots among its are average to the bone w/…
1000 stars so far is proving itself to be one of the best BLs that GMM TV has produced. There's 3 more eps so I don't want to to jinx it either though XD Considering this is from the same team and director as 1000 stars I have my hopes high too. And we all know that Ohm and Nanon can deliver any character they are given.
I’m guessing that GMMTV will air Fish in the Sky after 1000 Stars til June 11th, then Enchante til August 20th,…
I read somewhere too that Bad Buddy will air after Enchante. So far there's zero news on Enchante though but we do know that Fish Upon the Sky is currently filming maybe after it starts airing they'll start on Enchante promotions.
If we're lucky enough we'll get it this year but I'm not keeping my hopes up too much. I think they have just started or going to start the workshops and the crew is still busy with 1000 stars. Nanon too is still filming his other project. But then again I saw a comment that said it will air during the third part of 2021, which would be great too. Basically this would be after 1000 stars (currently airing), Fish in The Sky (Currently filming), Enchanter (No clue about it at all).
Normally BackAof's works take some time before they air and when they do, he never disappoints. So for my part I shall wait patiently XD
I see many are disappointed after there wasn't any kiss in the last episode. I know that they've been fliting for a while but guys, you need to see that there are a lot of factors affecting the delay of a confession. Which would be hopefully shown later. This show isn't one based on physical intimacy and not everyone gets together in a matter of few days. Some people take years to cultivate their relationships and as I said before there are many factors affecting a potential relationship between Tian and Phupha.
FEW SPOILERS AHEAD. READ AT YOUR OWN CAUTION
For me the way that Phupha gives space later on for Tian to grow as a person is very important. When you get to that point you can understand why this whole long process of flirting continued. Phupha due to the age gap and social gap between them understands the differences and tries to act more mature. I shall not say more than this. For all viewers I would like to say to think deeper in to the story line that just the romance aspect. Look at it from the point of the characters.
People should remember that this is not an original script and it is adapted from the book. If they deviate from the original source too much, many of the fans of the book would be disappointed too.
Also the slow burn in this story is what makes it beautiful for me. This is a personal opinion of mine. I like them slow stories (not super slow and unrealistic) ones which don't depend on physical intimacy completely. This is just my two cents on what is going on and as always I'm complexly open for other ideas :)
I haven't read the book, myself, but I've heard that... (click below if you want to be potentially spoiled)
Yes this is true. As a fan of the novel I can say that they're following the book very well. As a matter of fact they have added few scenes and made it actually much more interesting and fast paced than the book.

Yes the original source novel is a BL novel.
With the only difference being that this has a happy ending.
