Honestly this drama will be the death of me. Have you checked the BTS of this? I won’t say the leads act sweet with each other but they are so natural with each other bickering all the time XD I know they have a big age gap but hoping like those delusional fans that they date each other. Lol

I wish I can understand mandarin XD I watched without subs. Yeah I mean she did weird a knife so I guess he had no choice but to leave. True. Other dramas make the ML force the girl. I really don’t get that sort of romance actually :(

Anyone knows if they're are eng subs for this drama? Saw some snippets of the scenes between Maggie Huang and Sun Jian and started getting curios of their story line. I read somewhere that they got into a shotgun wedding and then in the snippets saw how their marriage isn't that good still they look cute. IF anyone saw eng subs or planning to do eng subs would love it so much :(

I'm loving it so far. It is extremely good. No boring arts whatsoever and the lot is constantly on the move.

As soon as I heard the monk say that I registered it in my brain and thought maybe we might get a happy ending. That's like the silver lining in the dark cloud currently for me.Hope I won't be broken heated at the end of the drama.

That's what i was also thinking. At least after a while in the modern world. i know I'm being delusional now a bit with these typical cliche drama plots XD but I hope they get a nice ending. They are both in situations where they think only the method they are carrying on is correct. Specially the ML, He's just stuck in a delusional world where he wants power only but still can't help his feelings that are growing :(

I don't know why but I am so invested in this couple. Never have I in my life of watching Chinese or any dramas wanted the leads to have a happy ending as much as I want for them XD

I really hope they do justice to them.I really hope they will handle the maid getting pregnant thing well. I'm already angry that ML slept with ZSS on the wedding day :(

Exactly and I read somewhere at the end he has loved only one person his whole life and it's XiaoFeng and he was merely using Zhao Se Se also. I guess it's kinda a good thing. At least for the delusional fans like me XD

I can't wait for the end of the drama. In one of he early eps the monk did say these two have three fated lives together.

Is this not gonna air? This is one of those dramas I've been patiently waiting to watch. Since the first day I saw the trailer I've been dying to watch this.

I am simply in love with this story. At first I didn't want to watch it thinking it's your normal web-novel turned to web-drama but this is a lot different. The leads chemistry is amazing and knowing that the ML is not the best out there I'm still hesitant to watch he ending.

Also hearing that there might be second ending really made me happy. Will it be too much to expect to happy ending for both of them. Despite what all the ML did to FL I still feel he really loves her so much :( I know my opinion is a lot different from the others considering majority hates him I still wish for a happy ending :(

Yeah what you said is true. There is a subtle romance. Especially in the 12th episode. He basically does accept that he can't stop thinking about her. Same here I'm more of a binge watcher but I've been catching up on this every week XD

Ahhhh thank you so much for all the info. Cuz I was really confused to where the hell the story was heading in terms of romance cuz I couldn't find any real life character to match Yeoji.

I guess there can be a possible chance that their romance can end up sad if they actually follow the route of history :(
