please can someone help me with the trailer to the drama??? let me see if that will convince me to watch this I haven't seen any work from the MLS of this drama
Are you new? And i don't know about investment promotion? Wait for Youku to start the investment promotion.Propaganda…
why so mean/rude???? someone is excited about something, literally asked simple questions out of excitement(not everyone follows all this). And if you can't answer, just kindly ignore!! like fucking keep scrolling, you don't have to be insulting all because of a simple question
Yoooo this drama is absolutely insane!!!!! I would take this(bromance) over some Wattpad coded bullshit that we are mostly given this says for bls. OMG, imagine giving us this plot/storyline in bls, like I will eat it up!!!! unfortunately majority of bl watchers have fetish for literal po*n, they don't mind if the bl is just two men doing the did all through the drama💀💀, I mean seeing how bls with heavy plots are paid lil to zero attention, that's how bad it is. lol.
I'm not even done watching but already impressed!! wow!
The Japanese have always been at the top of my list and still are. There’s just no one like them — when it…
Jbls and Jdramas.... I'm literally lost for words just thinking about their media, the one media I remember vividly how the send shivers/chills whenever I'm watching their work(animes too), so much depth(just like you mentioned), it speaks to my soul, sometimes it feels like they love seeing their audience suffer, lmao😭😂, kbls and kdramas too, seen beautiful works from them!!! I have only felt this way with just one work from China and it's cdrama, that particular drama was painfully beautiful, I still randomly think about it!! though I haven't consumed lots of c-works, but the few I saw wasn't very convincing, sometimes it feels like they're more focused on aura farming than creating actual beautiful works that naturally, genuinely resonates with the audience. phewww, and for the character WW, I still believe he did a great job with his role, atleast to me. Another one that I quite liked too was character Guo, also did good. The honestly created a good feeling with the early eps, that's undeniable, and that stringed me till the very end, like I said earlier, it was really a good memorable part of my summer.
Agreed. I felt that the characters of WSW and CC were heavily sanitised. Also the other two but the more important…
the only major changes I'm actually glad the made, is for character CC and the removal of problematic contents that really left me with stomach churns while reading the novel, but yeah WW was watered down and the fact his colorblindness was removed completely, considering or knowing the role that played at some point in the novel, which I felt was really important for the character WW, but all the did is done already, lol. and there's nothing we can do. It was still a fine watch at the end, could've been better but it was still enjoyable.
pheww, held off my review for quite a long time considering the fact that I finished this same day last EP aired, majorly because of disappointment overtime while watching later eps. The production house felt like they could do anything, half ass/edit the drama however the want and the audience will still be there, which is un/fortunately true
First I commend the actors(specially Wu Suo Wei) for effortlessly pulling off the quirky parts of this drama, because to be honest, this drama's dialogue is heavily Wattpad coded and requires quirky acting in most part, which if done wrong, will come off really cringy(special mention to most thai dramas and the annoying unnecessary sound effect💀), but thank God the pulled that off.
The cast for character shuai really lagged behind in terms of acting, his acting sometimes were off-putting, but I guess he will get better with time with future projects.
So many scenes being cut off, even some important scene that generally builds and adds value to the drama, that was frustrating
Some chapters/scenes felt rushed losing the authentic feelings it should have(if you read the chapter where Cheng was arrested, to when weiwei met him for the first time after weeks of being apart, the emotions was electrifying, it felt like no one else was in their world at that moment, just them, unfortunately I didn't feel any of that watching the drama, because it was rushed, losing that special authentic touch to it). I mean this was the chapter Cheng cried for the first time in the novel, was supposed have an impact on the adaptation, but it unfortunately didn't, atleast for me.
The overly dramatized heavy breathing during intimate scenes(I kinda need a gif or meme to show how I truly feel about this one🤦🏼♀️💀) watching the intimate scenes felt more like a burden bro💀, making it seem so unnatural. China really need to do something about voiceovers or whatever that is called, I mean I can understand if is used for their period dramas, putting somethings into consideration, but modern dramas???? It genuinely makes no sense. And at the end, I'm glad the voice actor for weiwei is ziyu himself.
Unfortunately I'm yet to be sold completely on this topic of China having the best bls, I'm yet to see that drama from China that's ingrained to my brain, maybe because of a scene, storyline/plot, acting, having me think about it once in awhile, yet to have/feel that hold, impression or impact from cbls
Eitherway this was a fine watch, a big memory and part of my summer and I'm grateful for that. A solid 6/10 rating but will be giving it a final 7/10 rating in respect to specific casts/characters and acting, lol🧡.
Incase you're wondering; Jbls and kbls are top in my list of favorites bls, and We best love from Taiwan, my top5 all time fav bl drama!!! Ofcourse I have few favs from Thailand too.
why block people over simple arguments though??? well I wish mdl updates their app to enable those blocked to be able to block back, just like twitter, that's my only complaint.
lil note; drag this to heaven, hell or earth. it's bromance, sorry boo but yeah that's it, but then I feel that part shouldn't be dwelt on a lot, considering this drama storyline is indeed interesting enough for conversations other than the bromance/bl that I see everywhere which is unfortunately not the case. phewww🤦🏼♀️, I'm enjoying it so far(ep17).
