XY said she would definitely marry the guy that would give his all for her and imo XL is actually the most giving to XY it’s just he does not have a background like TSJ and he was a loner for most of his millennial life. XY’s live for TSJ is just like a girl in a dream like CX said.. TSJ would hesitate between her, his Grandma and bro but XiangLiu might not choose but he still would do everything he could for XY. XY never really gave him much like she did to TSJ or anything they really were just more compatible for each other but XY is too insecure to care abt that she trust YSQ/TSJ more bc she miss that she saved him in his hardest time and is on the upper standing. But for XL and XY her first impression of him was traumatizing for her which made her scare to face the feelings between them. I’m prob gonna cry again soon not bc of XY anymore but for XL🥺🥺🥺
They are all amazing. And it’s not that easy for them to take the characters (specially for CX and XL) off themselves…
Agree w u in all pts. YangZi, Tan Jianci and Zhang Wanyi all did a fabulous job portraying their characters. I’m very much star struck by TJC I’m also gonna watch some of his other dramas and have watched many yt vids of his including his song+dance vid (his song Imma get it is still playing in my head). I’ve liked YZ since 2018 or 2017 so hehe❣️ she never disappoints. As for The longest promise, drama’s a flop imo. Way below my expectations.FL’s character is no unlikable for me, and I actually love the actress in her debut movie Cry me a sad River and I’m also watching Ray of light rn and I’ve also watched a bit of her historical drama the movie is her best work she’s not that good w happy bright characters. The visuals for TLP is a 10/10 but they rest could’ve been much better… I dropped it ep 3 midway which i actually forced myself bc I like the cast the visuals and music.

👋!! Some dislike XL just bc he sucks her blood. Pls Chinese medicine is so diverse they even use animal dung. It’s an ancient and a fantasy drama, XY even had an actual fox tail as an accessory and they use animal fur for coats and etc. There is basically no diff in my opinion. Once I cried bc I witnessed a few month old hamsters killed accidentally bc of an argument between two ppl, I called my friend crying my eyes out and after I told her abt the event she told me something irrefutable which immediately stopped me in my track(she’s vegetarian since birth) and it totally broaden my thoughts. This was what she said in short “but u eat meat everyday..no?”….I told her “but I don’t eat young animals” and whatever but still she’s still right🙂 all in all it’s the same😃
