it started off so well but it’s falling flat

i have subscriptions to all three platforms and i literally just switched between them to search. i thought i was tripping 😭😭😭

i’m watching it for the unique plot not the acting for this one 🤣 if i were to rate the drama i would give it plus points for the uniqueness but minus points for the acting is all

fake as in unnatural. you can see some of the actors making unnatural eye shifts or looking at the camera at times. The chemistry isn’t as good between some of the actors compared to other dramas out there. If you’ve watched enough dramas, it’s easy to tell

storyline is exactly the same just less details

is anyone watching this on iqiyi? why are the English subtitles so terrible?! i understand enough mandarin to know it’s so off especially the pronouns (the subs says “I/me” when it should be “he/her/they”; aka talking about someone else and not themselves)

i pushed through and it picks up in the last three episodes but still paused to watch something more exciting. just watching to know how it ends atp
