the way people hate this so passionately that they are leaving multiple negative comments each week is so….…
I completely agree with you... I understand that it is a very stereotypical drama (like shojo manga vibes, but BL) and that this kind of story is nothing new, but to be fair, there are plenty more dramas (BL or not) with the same kind of nonsense situations or plot premises (aka. being in love for 10+ years with a kid who gave you a piece of candy when you were 6, starting living with a coworker, classmate or a stranger out of the blue, getting into fake marriage agreements... you name it) and they don't get as much hate as this.
Also, I've been noticing from other users' comments that people are hating on Konishi Eito's looks... I mean, these people can shut their mouth and go touch some grass. If you don't like it and don't have constructive criticism to make, just keep quiet, it's not that difficult.

I understand why some people may be stressed by some aspects of this series, but sometimes you just want to watch this kind of drama.
You know that the characters will be pretty stereotypical (the cool tsundere senpai and the naive shy boy), that there will be no spicy scenes and that the story is going to be mild. But well, there are times when you crave just that, so this drama is probably not for everyone and not for any moment.
As some users said in other comments, if you don't like slice of life, slow-paced and typical romantic dramas, this one is not for you (and that is perfectly fine).

I really didn't understand why he was linked to the "stalker" plotline. Why he was stalking university couple…
Hadn't thought about it, but yes, I agree that this was highly unexplained after resolving the issue :/

I hope this pair goes a looooong long way together, because wow, they chemistry is no joke.
(do not keep reading if you haven't finished the show)

LIKED
-The couple felt natural and their progression was realistic, they kept their terms clear all times and discussed their preferences and what they wanted, which is a huge green flag.
-Kudos to the mentioning of protection, HPV vaccination, different se*ual preferences and equal marriage.
-The concept of starting off as a casual one-night stand, then friends with benefits, then couple felt very realistic and it is something that can easily happen to people in real life nowadays.
- This is just personal but, INN'S SKIN? Excuse me? Tell me your beauty secrets, please.

DIDN'T LIKE
- The plot started to get a bit boring towards the last episodes and I did not understand Yak's perspective of hiding the fact that he kept seeing the hooded man.
- They could have used some of those scenes to give us more about the YeiCher couple and also about Kao's new boyfriend and their asexual relationship.
- Also, YakWandee's public declarations of love in different events started feeling a bit too much at some point, because they had one every two episodes aprox.

Overall, I really liked the main and secondary couples and I am looking forward to seeing them soon in another one. I hope we get some good news in GMMTV next projects live in autumn.

These are my final thoughts after ending the series (please, do not keep reading if you have not finished the show):

POSITIVE ASPECTS
- FortPeat chemistry was there, as always. The spicy scenes were great as well as the little cute moments.
- Meena was super adorable and the little actress was on point all the time.
- The island part of the story was the best one, with the scenery greatly contributing to it.
- The music was really pretty, specially in emotional or sweet moments, I truly liked it.
- The scenes on the beach in the last episode were one of the best in the whole series. They felt emotional and the takes were beautiful.

NEGATIVE ASPECTS
- Basically, nothing happened in this series... the story was all over the place and I did not feel any connection to the plot line or most characters, nor felt like anything was actually going on. An objective summary would be: Mut trying to win Rak's heart on the first half, conflict with the dad to spice it up, final conflict between MutRak as a filler, end of the series.
- The whole "I can't love" premise seemed a bit fake and overboard on Peat's character's part.
- The Vie and Mook couple was a complete waste of time. Vie acted like a bratty tyrant most of the time and Mook like a pouty little girl. And in the end, the viewers don't even get closure on their relationship... I cannot understand.
- This is more personal, but I felt like all the bed scenes were put in the first half of the series, when they were just doing it for the contract and pure pleasure, but they didn't give us a scene when they did it out knowingly of love (probably would have fitted in the last episode). To me, that was a bit underwhelming.

To be honest, I was so ready to love this series and so looking forward to FortPeat after LITA, but ended up leaving dissapointed and frustrated due to the poor script writing and staging/editing of the whole show. Hopefully, next time they will be in a better project which will let them shine.

I think this show was super cute and I was invested at the beginning, but it left me feeling like: ah, is it over already?
I feel like many things were left unexplained and other aspects moved too fast, not giving time for the viewers to savour the story properly or for the characters to have a realistic development.

This was a 10/10 for me. Loved it from beginning to end!
Aside from the overall great acting, it shows pyschological issues in an informative but effective way, without losing the capacity of humanizing and pulling you into the story of each character (patients and medical practitioners alike).
Such a breath of fresh air in dramaland!

I really like it! The chemistry between the leads is really good and it has a little bit of everything: cuteness, sassiness, angst, sadness... A very nice "enemies-to-friends-to-lovers" kind of drama. I also like that, even though it's a high school drama, it's not overly comedic or anything like that.
There are scenes that portray school bullying in the first couple of episodes, in case it's something that could bother you.

Ohh, so glad you liked it! I'm on ep 9, so I don't have much left hehe. I really like the leads too! And also the second couple (I'm watching Dangerous romance as well, and they are so good).
I'll start Our Skyy after I finish Never Let Me Go <3 thanks for updating me!

Are there separate episodes for each couple? Or do the characters get mixed?
I only watched three or four of the original TV series, so I was wondering if I should watch the whole Our Skyy 2 or if I should just watch the eps related to the characters I know (in case they are separate). Thank you to anyone who can help! hehe

It's a pity that they had to resort to the default dramatic plot in the last episodes. I was LOVING the daily life scenes and the pace of the romance/relationship... The main leads had great chemistry and their expressions were good (especially Daou's, he conveys a lot with his eyes). I also liked the second couple struggles and development, as well as the other side characters.
Anyways, loved it except for their need to fill the last two episodes with an absurd dramatic story line.

On Venus in the Sky Oct 13, 2023
Nothing relevant has happened in 4 episodes... At this point, I am watching this just to pass the time. I hope things get more interesting when their relationship advances.
On another note, I see everyone complaining about Venus' behaviour, but no one is talking about the way Sky does not respect any boundaries, basically texting Venus 24/7 like a madman and pursuing him after he explicitly said "no". In the scenes when Sky is not pushing his boundaries, Venus acts just normal with him, so I think if he gave Venus more space to breathe, he would be more prone to restart their friedship/relationship.
Anyways, it's obvious that they are going to end up together. I just wanted to give my opinion on this topic.

I agree with your review! I started this series very excitedly as the premise seemed interesting and each of the wives seemed unique in their own way. However, it left me with a somewhow bittersweet feeling, as I felt the drama didn't dive deep enough into their stories most of the time. Also, as you said, the main line (Sakura and Haruto's) felt kind of lukewarm at certain points, with some repetitive scenes.
I thought it was a drama with a lot of lost potential, which could have been solved with more episodes and more substantial scenes.
