It's not 8 episodes. It happened with a previous Philippino drama I watched, it kept getting longer and longer when it was initially announced as a 10 episodes drama (it ended after 24 episode). But it has not yet been updated here.
I'm halfway through it and I love it. Main couple is sweet and I love the trope grumpy/sunshine but I can't explain why, the second couple gives me more butterflies, even if I love the main one .

French speaking person here, and I find this show surprisingly good for now. The acting, the cinematography and even the story are way better than most thaï dramas I've seen. At least for the first couple parts, I'm not yet convinced by the second couple storyline but it's not bad, just like a second unecessary story in the story, but I guess it'll make sense in a few episodes. I hope this will keep being this good.

I sincerely think this "kiss" took waaaay more control and energy than a normal kiss. Drunk kisses are legion in dramas, never have I ever seen this. 😆 This just looks like the rehearsals/fake kiss actors do when it's about giving the illusion of a kiss with the angle of the heads than actual kiss.
But don't take my observation as something serious, it was just an attempt to do a joke - not a good one seemingly if it doesn't show. 😅
