I'm watching this now and for me, all the charm is not knowing who the main couple will be at the end (not joking, it's really rare for a drama to not be obvious about this and it's really surprising how things evolve). I'm on episode 17 and I have my fave, I'm 80% sure it'll be end game and yet, I might be wrong and it's really refreshing 😊)
Wow this was bad. As some people said, it's probably a satire but a good satire is identifaible as such. Given the reactions here, I can confortably say it's not the case for this drama that could easily fuel the arguments of the persons/attitudes it tries to criticise. And for that, it's even worse. Really not worth the watch.
I've never watched horror works. Is it full of scary scenes? ☻
It's scary like a Junji Ito story is scary. If ghost stories with strange things happening, haunted hair and broken body parts scare you as they can scare me, you'll be scared. But it's really good scares, would 100% recommand.
For the "cute kid" feels, but in a lovely happy setting, "Our Dining Table/Bokura No Shokutaku", a soft love story between a big brother taking care of his little brother since their mom died and a lonely architect. It's soft and tender. For the "I have to take care of the kid whose mom died" vibe, "The Beginning of the Sea/Umi No Hajimari", about a man who learned at the funeral of his ex that she had his child without telling him and he has to decide if he will take care of this child. Sadder but really good too. For the brother living with a sibling in the autistic spectrum, the good ones have already been recomanded, "Move to heaven" and "It's Okay To Not Be Okay". ☺️ But the vibes are different in those one.
And some of the women in this drama can choke too…. Equality 😂
OMG I didn't know why you said that when I began this drama but yoi are SO right, except perhaps FL, they are all awful or pitifully stupid persons in this. 😶😶😶
Just started this and I'm quite perplexed by the change they made at the begining. Unless there is a revelation…
And now the talk about "we should stop having sex untill we are adult" that isn't either in the manga. This feels like a conservative adult against sex before marriage infurriated by the acceptation of the manga has decided to rewrite it for it to suit his beliefs. WTF? I love so much the manga and this kills what is beautiful about it. I'm dropping the drama.
Just started this and I'm quite perplexed by the change they made at the begining. Unless there is a revelation later in the manga (we only have the 4 first volumes in my country), there is no story about her not being able to take the morning-after pill, it's just the broken condom and then the realisation she is pregnant a few weeks aftee. And them having both "same shared responsability". The choice the screenwriter made here shifts that because now it's the boy who has to endure the consequences of the girl leaving the clinic and not being able to take the pill because of that. I really donc like this shift in "shared responsabilities" because the dynamic totally changes. For once it wasn't a "it's the girls fault" story and yet, this adaptation made it once again one of those kind of teen pregnancy stories...
After having seen a little less than 500 dramas, NEVER have I hated more for the main character to end up with the first male lead and not the second one.
