I didn't plan to watch this drama but thanks to your article I gave it a try and I don't regret it ! I really like it so far :)

He died during the surgery and he must have been an organ donor so that after his death she was given his cornea.
When we see them playing with the snow, I'm not really sure but I think it's a memory of the 3 of them when he was still alive, but it's just my opinion :). Or maybe it's a way to show that despite his death, the bond between them still remain and he somewhat live in their memories.

She is a very good actress. I've really liked her in City Hall and Scent of a Woman.
