And I don't know where have you watched a c -drama where ML forgives FL's cheating on him.
Instead,I have been watching c-dramas almost for a decade now and have only come across dramas in which ML torments FL on baseless misunderstandings , then apologies and they get back together miraculously.
You can watch 'Passionate love ' ,palms on love 'and many others.

okay, so I refuse to agree with most of the people here.
I don't understand why people were expecting' bed of roses ' for them after going through so much. Every story doesn't need to have a HE. But then it's because people have watched and eagerly waited for each episode.That's y they are more disappointed I believe.
And so,I don't watch ongoing dramas.
My thoughts (Episodes 28 through 32)-
∆ The way MJH expressed his emotions,( his regret, helplessness, deep sorrow )I cried with him. Liu xueyi's acting is undoubtedly top notch.
∆ Mei lin for the first time lived for herself with a bunch of beautiful people.( the cake shop she opened and her happiness).
∆ The way peace was brought to the yan,xiyan and Qingzhou kingdoms.( so many beautiful people sacrificed their lives for this peace).
∆Although, I didn't like the emperor and zigu's relationship but her love for her brother and for the emperor is commendable indeed.
∆ And the most important thing for me was the ending
he died loving her, remembering her. He had only eyes for his empress.
In a nutshell, I don't feel this was such a disappointment as the novel was really trash (believe me ).
What they made out of that Rubbish is already more than satisfactory!

That's the reason I don't watch ongoing dramas.
I can't bear the heartbreak after investing so much.
By the way, where did they release the rest of the episodes?

Is your post about the new schedule correct? What is the source of that?Why am I still seeing 30 th as the last airing date. If you are right it's damn irritating I was waiting for the 30 th but now they have to extend it to 7 th I can't wait that long to start the drama it's so painful🥲 is there any possibility of them releasing all the episodes till 30 th ?

Besides,your analysis makes it much easier for me to start the drama as I don't like too much abuse or SE. Still gonna wait till 30 th as I don't watch ongoing dramas.Can't really contain my curiosity and if something sad happens my nights are sleepless.(I remember accidentally coming accross one of the clips of Queen of tears and it was really painful to wait;) )currently binge watching love me , love my voice for like the third time and The blue whisper S2 the second time. In the meantime, will come everyday for yours and other viewers' updates .

Actually what I wanted was a clear comparison between the book and the drama.

Not even sparing the grave is what you call 'hardness gone away'?(In the drama it is justified but in the novel he was never once good to her).
To just please Luomei he allows her to wound Mei lin with arrows.
Even when injured he is too arrogant.
The novel is Luomei Luomei Luomei...... really can't tolerate his stupidity there.
Coming to mei lin she is really weak there allowing everyone to stamp over her.
Her delicate and fragile body violated , tortured and exploited again and again by him is definitely not love.
'Enjoying flowers with my nightmare ' is not something romantic I believe.(That's y I think they would change the end here).
These are just my thoughts,I am not really contradicting you.
As I said earlier if you could make a brief comparison,it would be really helpful to me!

I have read the novel.(I would say skimmed through it) .
Although I have not started watching the drama properly yet but I have watched some clips and noticed they have made huge changes (positive changes).
Because I couldn't control my anger reading the novel but I can tolerate the drama and its interesting as well.
The novel basically starts with MJH forcing himself upon ML (mei lin).
And the start itself made me sick (not joking).
It was dreadful and sickening.
Thankfully the drama didn't start like that(as far as I remember)
In the novel MJH always despises ML ,calls her 'slave' and other disgusting names ,not only that to please luomei always hurts her.
Besides ,he always questions himself that how could he love ML ,he should love luomei as she had saved him once.(Irony-ML(mei lin) saves him countless times).
That's clearly not the case with the drama(that I liked the most).
Marries her off to his subordinate(no idea how they are gonna do this in the drama but I don't think that's gonna happen here)
Even slaps her a couple of times(once just because he was angry and once to show luomei).
In a nutshell,the novel depicted ML on a weaker side while In the drama Mei lin is really strong.
I just want the end to be like the novel(he becomes the emperor,marries her when she wakes up).
Everyone feel free to share what you think about the above mentioned.

Can somebody tell me what's wrong with the airing schedule? It's sooooo weird. I wonder if they would stick to the schedule and release all the episodes till 30th. I don't watch ongoing dramas.can't contain my curiosity!!
