JSM hardly get this type of offers anyways (big budget, action, tough, ) Even here, the plan all along were to have 2 new actress as the leads. Hence, JSM said so in her recent interview, she was Thankful. She took a chances to play a strong female leads & finally its paying off for her. You should be thankful and stop complaining here on GYJ's platform.

People are able to accept this direction, because story-wise, this direction of having Nasku returning to her original body (GYJ) make better sense in this fantasy drama then having an ending where Naksu is stuck taking over or sharing BY's body. It's not like the main character (Nasku) has been replaced anyway. Since the beginning, I've watched this drama w/ the mentality that Naksu will find a new host ... Now it's even better that she is back in her original body.

It's just a drama. This stage will phase out & you'll find other drama.

Depressed fans of JSM are already bless w/ 20eps. If there's any consolation at all, JSM wasn't even suppose to be in AOS and they could have gotten nothing. Hence, if you look at the bright side, you have Part 1 to always go back and reminiscence. This phase will pass and you'll move on w/ another project.

No! They literally started 1-2 wks at the start of July. JSM said her fighting sequence take her a week(likely to prep,learn the fighting,ect) & that doesn’t include post edits/GCI. I assume, pt2 will have 3main fights(openings, middle,,closing). Hers doesn’t have as many CGI in comparison to GYJ big sequences at the beginning which was all green screen & certainly will take longer in post.They will film all the way through nov. All the main cast are pretty lock up to Dec incase of reshoot(ect) until airing date.

If you say that then you'll have to include BY (save by the IceStone) and JangUk (born by a soul shifter). All these are part of the Icestone's power as the Soul Ejector.

If the Ice stone was destroyed, will the soul shifters (including Naksu) return back to their body (if there's one) or die , including BY as she was resurrected by it, and JangUk who was born as a result of the soul ejectors. Are we all going to become 1 team now and grief together because the ending serve no justice for any of our characters? 😎

In another word, you just care that LJW and JSM are end game, because clearly Naksu started with GYJ portrayal. lol

One thing for sure, I can feel more at ease when she is back to her normal body w/ the romance. It was hard to see the kissing w/out feel this sense of invasion for BY because I still have a sense of moral. I’ve said many times, it’s not an ending if Naksu is Stuck sharing or end up in BY’s body(if BY sacrifice). Hence, this new direction back to GYJ is the most logical, because I’m sure this fantasy genre can explain how she get her body w/out breaking any roles (because there’s no set rules on this yet).

Also, GYJ & LJW definitely had chemistry test prior and the producer seems to have all the confidence taking such an unseen/bold move, so for now I have no worries.

To me, It’s a toss up between Naksu, PJ, and JM as they all have reach the same level of power. According to the drama, rumor has it that Nasku could beat her master. The 2 times she lost to PJ was due to her already being worn-out by other mages. She is so confident she want a fair do-over w/ PJ. Also she is the most skilled fighter due to being in constant battle w/ other mages assassinating them. Things will be more clear in AOS2.

GYJ already confirmed for her part & they literally started Filming a month in w/ PHE starting the 1st part (if they follow the news) & makes sense why they want another newbie to continue the 2nd part. However, the performances was not what they wanted and stop production to find another replacement(JSM), which was the right decision.

It’s not that easy to get GYJ to commit either. She’s been filming back to back projects nonstop, but somehow her schedule happen to fit perfectly w/ AOS2 & she happens to voice over all of Naksu inner monologues? People say it doesn’t matter because they can’t even distinguish… but it’s to show that GYJ was to comeback. Maybe GYJ didn’t have time to film additional scenes or they purposely did the bare minimum hoping to have an bigger shocker forAOS1, and it really would have been if the damn news did not leaked out the spoilers (which I’m still mad over).

Fans of JSM makes random unfound narrative to make themselves more bitter like … JSM was used to promote this GYJ, her agency is so small and/ no big artist they don’t have that power. The production already stated that everything was planned way in advance, that tells us 2 new actresses were originally set to start in 1 and 2 ( and would have been better to eliminate so much hate). So let’s take theirs words, accept it, & stop making these 2 actresses look bad.

JG, a leading man in his own right, came back to finish his story arch & take responsibility for being the cause of everything. Personally, I believe it’s BY’s mother fault for giving the icestone to JG to save BY that started all these mess. Hence, they will put a closure to both BY & her mother story arch.

NK and UK has gotten such an epic love story, it doesn’t get more grand than them. She gave up the power she worked so hard for(he too) to be with UK (him too to be w/ her)). They got engaged & ready to set off into the sunset & both basically got killed off (figuratively) so unfairly. How can people, especially those that finished all of part one still not understand and continue to push such a selfish narrative of wanting Yul and NK to be together or UK & BY. There will be more of these stupid questions, that someone will have to explain again.

Technically, it's not changing Female lead, it's Naksu returning to her original body.

If we drag every single crazy fans site onto this Drama forum, we all gonna combust. Let's not be bitter towards JSM,GYJ,LJW, and all the actors here as the are the one who has worked so hard to bring us to this world of AOS.

LJW is similar to when I first saw Rain (in FullHouse) and my first reaction was he's not even good looking w/ SHY, but at the end of the drama I love Rain so much(still do now). To me LJW is so charismatic, mature, and unique. He is still pretty new to me, so everything he does is still new. When I see new actors as OTP, I see a fresh new love story as I've never seen them before (hence, I have look forward to GYJ. JSM I see her better w/ other leads). The more I see of LJW, the more attractive I find of him. I can't wait to see what else he'll bring in the future..

Don't scoop so low just because someone made an inaccurate comments unless you see those fans' comments yourself. One or 2 fans+ doesn't equal all of GYJ's fans. Do you really think that a true GYJ's fan would want to be stuck in a messy fan war w/ any leading man? NO.

Let's not bring any negativity to AOS 2.

Your non proven comment basically turned these AOS/LJW's Fans indifferences towards GYJ. Be careful what you say! Words MATTER. It's going to have a negative effect on AOS2. Just because you see 1or 2 fans wanting GYJ and SY to be together visually, doesn't equal ALL of GYJ's fans. When you see fans expressing their needs on Twitter doesn't mean they are going against LJW.

Also, you people need to STOP jumping into conclusion unless you see those fans themselves.

Life is hard enough for these actress to go against an industry so supportive by/for Men (lower pay ect...). If you people are bitter w/ the drama's direction, leave GYJ and JSM out of this.
