Both dramas are romances featuring a hearing impaired male lead, both seem to tackle trauma/emotional and real-life experience centered themes besides the romance plot.

I feel like they both are kind of that angsty romance, with a sprinkle of slice of life and some scandal/controversy/conflict in the picture that majorly impacts the leads life and relationship.
Though, Call It Love is better in terms of quality imo.

Both are short dramas with a bit unclear, eccentric and somehow supernatural concept.
I think they’re shot/directed in a quite similar manner or with a similar idea.
The plot of both dramas isn’t akin to one another (besides the school setting and the supernatural elements), but they both give you that eerie, uncanny feeling while watching, like something not okay is happening but you’re not sure what (kinda suffocating but interesting story - that’s how I felt).
Both are not really slow paced, but since a lot of events kind of lack bigger momentum and are shown more from the outsider perspective or narrated via inner monologue, it kind of seems like they are.
It’s been quite a while since I’ve seen “The School Nurse Files” but I’ve immediately thought about it after seeing the first episode of “S-Line”.
They give off the same “off-beat” vibe.
