This abomination of drama getting broadcast itself is a waste of resources.
Writer surely can be happy earning livlihood this way but not earns any respect whatsoever. Rest can create their own fair tale why and what of but so far show hasn't done anything that could be considered. Director and Music deserve better. Alas, they have to work with this lousy piece of work.

Writer went full justifying this and that action from the sides. Would have better without the bias or even with mistakes made. This style actually reduces the scope of characters and turn them fully into caricatures. Well, that is what you expect from this kind of dramas.

Its much in the habit of fans to term anything as hate which they don't perceive to align with their views. Tropes just show no effort, no work and lack of creativity of writer. Most people don't want to be treated as idiots either. 1st week is enough to show the calber of the writer. If a writer can't even properly writer 1st introduction episode then tells much about their abilities.

Writer saw whatever romance cliche and trope and put the altogether in 1st week itself.
Everything is copy-paste in this show. This kind of material getting drama in 2021 is already too much. You expect the industry to progress and become more mature but well i don't see much hope in kdrama world. Direction is good and music is ok but the real point of any drama is its story and characters and there this drama has totally failed.

Writer surely lacks creativity. Can't even properly do 12 episodes. From 3rd week onwards story has seen too many lows and upswings. In this kind of stories Characters play the major role but side characters for most part are just plot tools.
Writer did best by not going for romance as non-romance romance is delivers best value which korean writers hardly understand.
Writer has done injustice to hero-heroine too - too make hero look like a hero the protector - heroine was intentionally put into situations - 1 -2 times is ok but each and every week same things becomes a very lousy writing and cheap trick employed.
Title of the drama is so apt - characters are interesting but execution is all over the place.

Overall drama is pretty average - Its just few characters with their +ve are saving the grace.

Enjoy the episodes. Enjoy our couple even more. Show is going with is theme and i have no issue with it, Don't stress too much on why and how of the plot. Everything is generic here but presentation is good.

no no no. Tis is the rare better done korean romance.

I am enjoying this typical drama which is very low on story but does have interesting main characters and he their growing relationship. After a while i have seen a kdrama where romantic relationship is smoothly moving and looks genuine+comfortable.
There isn't much in the story and even plot and writer's whims are at full display in 3rd episode but the thing that goes for the show is it has only 12 episodes. Don't waste audiences time and get directly to the matter.

As for Hate, hatred and haters or haters - foreign kdrama viewers act too highly and arrogant and can't fathom any criticism of a fictional show and fictional characters. Hate is a strong feeling and not to be used as buzzword to make irrational points.

I think spin-off has actually outmatched the main tv show and its hero by all means.
It was such a nice watch and it was done way better. The main show relies too much on biceps and actions of the hero and there things happens all conveniently and casually.
Last scene could have been better - chun woo escaping is just easy an outcome.

Overall, these 2 episodes are worth watch.
