As soon as you see these words used too often, become comfortable with the fact that the media is attracting large crowd of certain characteristics. Long whinny walll of texts written to force and impose views of anyone and everyone not thinking the same. New fiction is cooked up and words are thrown to make points which even the original writer might be unaware of. I'm sure symbolic and symbolism meme is also thrown in between. If you want to see things then you can see those things in terribly written and executed media too. So? That's matter of one's views and perspective.
This drama had terrible 1st week and it continuously on that same path.

1st week is the most crucial week of any drama - story setup and character introduction as well as progression of plot. The show has done well here.

Park Ha Sun - seen her after a while -fake hair - that haircut - much more improvement needed here
Nam - Its very clear what he wants and what his agency is upto - look at his previous few shows - An actor has to build their profile and brand and he's chosen this path and i think this path really suits him more. He looks far more mature and responsible and perfectly an adult and that voice ads to his charm.

Story+plot - This we have seen before in western shows with less emotions and more logic. So story didn't surprised me as much and plot point also isn't much to talk till now.

Overall - 1st week was good and expect things to move and escalate fast.

I like to watch weekend dramas but sometimes skip few episodes in between but with this drama i watched all 50 episodes. yes - skipped scenes every episode a bit but that's what this show demands.
Several weeks ago i had said the writing and direction is all over the place but writer does have right idea and no matter how much characters annoyed you they also showed how real they and their selfish actions were.

This isn't your typical weekend drama though episode 50 is the weekend drama outcome that you always get. Overall, it isn't half bad a show the way many make it out to be. Surely writer intentionally provokes the audience but that way also speaks about the korean society.

You can watch this show - be ready to use fast forwards or skip scenes.

Its rare to find someone here who isn't part of crazy fandom and show genuine interest learning the views of others.
Dislike i agree but hate is too big and deep a word to be used for a fiction.
I drop most of dramas irrespective of demography.
And for a matter i never use enjoyment or entertainment as sole criteria to analyse and judge a show. not to mix your feelings with objective views.

The idea is nothing new - The show for this part reminds me of Hollywood cinema "Inside Out". Just that inside Out is perfect for cinema and really well written unlike this drowse of tinder piece. Is this material really made for adult audience when it can never go above its barbie doll shenanigans.
Its like a piece made to make sure little girls do believe in that shinny, fluffy love and price charming. I say this feels more like a propaganda and in reality shows middle finger to females.
Its cringe overlord much like those scripted high pitch tiktoks.

Overall, another low quality korean media. Korean drama world has regressed far in these few years.

The show is a big dud. Show does nothing but play out old stereotypes again and again and this repetitions causes show look more dull and artificial. Sometimes show gives of a vibe of hidden camera variety show - where you introspect a little and laugh more and then move on to next project. Cliches abound and cringe factors manifold show doesn't stick well in any manner whatsoever.
The story just moves ahead with little to no improvement and romance looks rather edgy.
Does this show even need romance? i think romance does devalue this show quiet a bit. None of the side characters have interesting stories. they are just there to fill the episode time and never convince you on any matter. The whole show is a hoopla of gossip. Writer rather is confused where to lead the show and hell bent on adding forced romance just to appease the audience.

Overall, another low quality korean romance drama. Good kdramas are not so common these days.

Korean drama world must RICH as a new genre already. So many shows with almost no character difference at all. Most of the shows going overboard with rich hate campaign. Rich as a tag would do better as it will highlight over the top fiction, rather than linking strongly with real life.
Show is playing on typical sentiments and resentments of middle class common man. prejudices are at full display. For the heroine to shine, family has to stoop low and low. This is very cheap trick often used in persona based shows aka superhero concepts.

Overall, a pretty low quality entertainment media. Entertaining, cartoonish, low on substance and mostly a pompous piece.

Kakegurui watched. This movie is more serious in nature and less cute girls doing action stuff.
This movie certainly is better written compared to 1st movie.
As usual trailer made it look like craziness with lot of energy and action but that is not what we see in the movie. I think that is for the better or else it would turn into your casual fun and timepass entertainment. The biggest prize of the movie it changing reality into fiction beautifully.

The movie has its own romance bits too. And that musical. Overall a good cinema experience.
