I agree with 1st few lines but at the same time i find whole buildup of this fictional world quite superficial and fake. A girl badly crying over a guy and feeling hurt over and over does makes her look like a bit shaken up as she's in a friendly relationship over a long period. Heroine-hero are always compatible in almost every romance drama. its that fit the block, manufactured scenario.
@mekaki i always raised a point about how dramas are rated at MDL. Even articles were written by few members on the said subject. This is why i called it porn. @White so we can't expect something good from a romcom? As for YOU - I don't indulge in whataboutism of few illogical virtual identities who always miss out the point and act like know-it-all. As i said earlier - There are scenes which make you smile and feel positive. But that's it. In no way its better than any kind of porn.
Ahhh. You just can't trust MDL rating of a show as most not even pay attention to the criteria that forms a grading system. This show is fluff with no substance - Porn. Seems like written by a teenager girl who has just hit puberty. Cheap Low quality Chinese product. Music director tries to save the show with all thr SFX but outdone it and ruins his own job. Rest of it is just meshof various nonsensical romantic scenarios to get the ommph out of the audience. If Porn is for Physical gratification then this kind of shows are for made to evoke wild fantasies physical as well as emotional. The concept is quite similar and workable. Simply put - these kinds of shows are porn without real erotic action. All of erotic action is sugar coated with nonsensical physical proximity. I say even a porn movie with a story has more plot than this whole show of 24 episodes gonna have.
If i have desire to see something sweet then i just have to click and dozens of videos of similar scenarios will popup. One thing is clear - If you are tired and want to relax then for sure there are various scenes then will make you smile and feel positive. If only that factor could define a show.
That list looks quite made up one. Victim card right out at front. Calling others racist while attacking them with same prejudices. Many of the points raised against Kdramas are quite valid. Asian Drama != only kdramas and face painted oppas.
I'm really enjoying this drama. people have complaints about kiss scenes -I have too. but most of the kiss scenes can get benefit of doubt. Others are pointing out the Rich Families and their antics but i think this drama is actually showing us how humans behave,change,act and react under various circumstances. pride to morals to principles - everything is going up and down in this drama. Writer clearly showing us various human traits and characteristics via these characters.
Another nonsensical Chinese remake. Lot of filler. Lot of time wastage - You can easily skip scenes. Annoying characters. lot of noise pollution. Bad writing as well as bad direction. This show has some good music but everything else is below average.
23 minutes per episode. Just 8 Episodes and lot of snide remarks on gender roles and modern societies rules of relationships. Must watch Japanese Drama. You might not like the characters views but you can see some practical approach as well as criticism directed at those views and actions.
Someone did rough translation of all episodes. Subtitles are on subscene. I can see why the ratings came down. The sho is too boring and provides not much to the audience.
1st episode is quite confusing - Director's way to build something in the story but that kiss came out of nowhere. This is really one mackjang melodrama.
So omaera and the one below it are getting live-action. The only ones i didn't know. I say adapting shoujo is just waste of resources. There are many more good Seinen slice of life + romance manga who provide great value for money.
As everyone can see - Hijiri and Akira has made such a good progress as a couple as well as a human. Their love, trust and encouragement for each other is making them bravely look at future.
Aiko and Shotaro haven't learnt anything from their life and experiences.
Hahaha. Haraguchi-San is the best and i think she has good chance to win the 99th drama awards.
Best Actress Nomination - few weeks ago i said its competition among 3 airing shows and its Actresses for ratings and fans affection. And i'm a bit surprised that these 3 actresses are have made a mark and now competing for Best Actress Award.
I think Fellow Viewers should use SPOILER till we don't get translation of episode 10 and 11. Few comments below openly provided the Outcome of the show as well as our Couple.
I hope and i wish aoihachi team gets well soon and releases both episodes 10 and 11 on this 25th of December as a Christmas Present.
I want to say - At 2nd episode i made a comment on Director using the slow-moment act to emphasize an Action a bit too much. Few episodes later i said the same. In episode 09 few +ve but convenient things happened.
SHOW is brilliant and makes a huge impact on your heart but that doesn't mean we can't point out few mistakes doesn't by director as well as writer. If Heart is on 9th cloud you can ignore few mistakes here and there.
Highest level of positive and pure energy and Love your heart gets from this show.
