That's how k+cn drama fans act. can't accept criticism of the trash fluffs. Jdramas also try some once in while but for most part they have grown over them. K+cn are still stuck in early 2000s of those above romance trash.
bad direction - bad bad editing. Its like someone intentionally messed up things to get rid of some employee. Messy writing. tropes galore. lame usage of those cringe tropes. no logic, no sense at all. Did no on checked the quality before airing this trash? Simple audit would have shown so many glaring mistakes. Even a novice would do better job. Park Hae Jin really needs a better manager.
I'm surprised everyone is talking about an action and completely ignoring the psychology of the people involved. How most celebrity couples are formed? How and why audience impose their own feelings and expectations on celebrities? when emotions of a character become feelings of actors and also being fueled by audience.

I think 1st episode was pretty disappointing. clear fault of writer. Why in so much hurry writer? Such an engaging story and what we got was half baked stale food. It's not like writer had to think a lot - Source was already there and he/she had to just logically present it.
I also dislike boss-employee as well as master-slave theme romantic plots. This theme hide abuse behind romance-lite. But manga to live-action adaption 1st episode was funny. Though, romanticization of unacceptable behaviour remains the same.
This show certainly not deserve 9 as rating. I watch it but for the parameters given nowhere this show pass any of them. All blame lies with writer. Earlier he/she was pretending to care about story and audience but now he/she has completely sold himself/herself. Bucks matter and all that he/she cares about now. End justify the means and i don't think the writer has respect for his/her profession and for certainly think audience is low IQ idiots who will eat anything served on plate. Not only that he/she with her ways show disrespect toward all those who were able to escape the hermit kingdom.
Those people who are into jdramas or Slice-of-Life dramas must start watching this drama. 30min for a easygoing episode that shows average life of common man will not only make you feel relaxed but also make you see life's small things in new light.
Really enjoyed 1st episode. These kind of slice-of-life manga are the best for tv dramas. Just 20 minutes per episode. Easygoing, smooth. Watch it jdrama viewers.
Best Drama of 2019 for me from any demography. Many people would nit-pick a bit with the outcome we got and i agree with them to that extent but in own view this was one of the realistic outcome.

This shows has - cyber bulling, hacking, personal data leak, fake news, rumours spread through SNS and mobile apps, AKA how technology can be compromised to ruin someone's life. At centre is Technology aiming at Friendship of a group of adults. Tech is very well defined and aimed concept to explore the depth of friendship or kinship of this small group of friends. Simply put TECH is testing the quality, integrity, loyalty of these friends and their realtionship.
I consider character development and character growth 2 very different things. Episode 08 was pretty different from recent 2 episodes. I was more like a family holiday at christmas. I really loved this episode. I think this show is strong competitor to be in top 10 shows of past 3-5 years from all demographics.
Kept man is quite a new term for me. I'm bit surprised how loosely its defined. What about a Housewife then? What about a househusband then? You should have same expectations from both gender. Just because mitsuru is a male an expectation is already build for him to be a breadwinner and passively an idea is broadcasted that a Male has to provide for a female whereas in reality female population is working hard to provide for family. The term itself is insulting both gender by tying both to such a narrowly cooked views.
Ofcourse, Mitsuru's situation is quite unique and to a visible extent different. But you have to accept Everyone in the show is following the same trap of society where everyone's role is restricted and defined by only one means. This show is brilliant and a must watch.
Why? Because at one time this show confirms to sociail expectations and realities on the other hand it tries to be 21st century society too where gender biases loose their lines while confirming as well confronting them.
It was airing on Sony Gem and someone scrapped episodes from it. You can find episodes on any site out there on interent. fun show. watched 2 episodes so far.

Okada Kenshi is looking too handsome here. Acting is good. the only thing you could nitpick is the group of friends the way drector showed they are so close and friends for such a long time looked a bit artificial. The presentation.
