This xianxia drama although has some clichés and is predictable in terms of cross love between human/immortal/demon, reincarnations and good vs evil genres but the storyline is still interesting and the characters reaction are logical.

FL loves ML from the very beginning, but not sure whether SML says ML forgotten about FL as the slave girl in Dark Abyss. Is he talking about ML having amnesia or ML had died and reincarnated?? 🤔

Today 1.1.2025 is the actor playing Jin Goo's birthday! 🥳🥳🥳 He turned 38...wow can still play a late 20s character in this kdrama.

Did you notice Tian Xi Wei's name appeared in the next group of names during opening of soundtrack, while Dylan Wang's name was solo, meaning he is the sole top billing actor.

Haven't learned enough of Song dynasty

Based on my years of kdrama watching, the interesting plots will not unravel until half time maybe by ep.50 before the core plots e.g. grandma/pa and grandson reunited, ML and FL recognise each other from childhood encounters, how Duna got separated and her accident cover up , ep 100 airs.

Good thing that the drama ended at 34 episodes and didn't force the story with unnecessary extra episodes.

I hope my predictions didnt come true. I am imagining Madam Shin's first encounter with the Eun Chong, her grandson will be unpleasant at first, then later realised he is her grandson she will regret and be warmer towards him. The typical kdrama storytelling 😂

Lately noticed few supporting actors/actresses who play MLs/FLs in smaller budget dramas are now playing SMLs/SFLs are here in this drama and also Are You The One ( starring Zhang Wan Yi and Wang Churan).

Example the actors played Crown Prince and Assassin Sword Dancer were leading actors and played lovers before in Mango Tv small budget 40-45mins drama.

Ermmm... Li Lan Di belongs to this batch?? Really? I think she belongs to an earlier batch of young leads of actors below 25-26 i.e. Wang An Yu (Dreaming Back to Qing Dynasty,), Zhang Ruo Nan, Esther Yu, etc.
