I love both ML and FL, but I have so much more to say about the Crown Prince. He honestly became 10x hotter as a villain, and good detail how he started wearing black clothes in the 35th life (i instantly noticed he’s been reborn too). He’s been used as a pawn by the imperial preceptor, but ML owed him this for those 33 lifetime (there’s 32 more for them to be even if we’re being fair), so I’m glad he didn’t end up becoming a full villain. But I def hated him for poisoning their father and almost marrying the princess for peace (pretty sure ML never did that in those 33 lives). Never really cared for the romance with Tingting, but again, they’re the ones destined in all these lifetimes just like ML and FL.
Fu Yang is also a complex character, but he and the princess are cute. (I wonder how his father feels in the afterlife, but oops his soul was totally gone🤪)
Would’ve been better if we saw FL and ML’s wedding and maybe having a baby.

This is the best Zhao Yi Qin (ML) looked so far.
Another mini drama that I truly enjoyed!

So disappointed that the leads didn’t have lips kiss at all, while the supporting have TONS of mature scene.

It’s honestly so absurd how they still acted like a perfect family and kept that stepmom and evil bro after knowing what they did to FL and her mother, and the sis-in-law. Also, FL and ML just won’t tell the father about those two shits’ affair, while the wh0re instantly went on to tattle about FL and ML’s rs to him.
I expected this to be illogical, so I’m just laughing at the absurdity.

I’ve read the reviews + the rating, so i’m sure this drama is gonna be a mess, but i’m feeling messy right now so let me see this.

Thanks for this. I’m literally searching right now how to watch them since I prefer watching in chronological order.

I’m currently in ep. 10 and I’m loving this so far. This role is really different from Esther’s previous works and she totally embodies this character. I think she’s using her real voice, and even if it’s too “childish” for some, her character is totally mature and intelligent. The dynamic between the boys and their “parents” (ML and FL) is mainly why I started this, and it does not disappoint.
Esther and CJK’s chemistry is better than I expected. I initially didn’t expect of enjoying their dynamic considering ML’s agenda, but seriously I’m loving it so much right now. The romance is slow-burn as it should, yet despite their very complicated situation rn (with their individual pasts and the big misunderstanding), their relationship is one with understanding, respect, banter, and care for the well-being of the boys.
+++the chemistry between W. chengye and F. Xinshu is cuteeee!

I bawled at Ye Xian’s death and Zhao’s reaction, tho I was already spoiled of his ending. I accept YX’s since as he said, it’s better for him to die in the battlefield than waste away bcs of his illness and his guard too is close to my heart yet I anticipated it, but CHEN YI, my poor baby shouldn’t have died😭

Finally got the time to binge watch this. I’ve been looking forward to see this couple since The Rise of Ning, and this drama did not disappoint! But the ending really is abrupt (though there’s bonus ep but it’s not after the main storyline). There should be at least 1 more episode.

This is honestly great! Don’t get the low rating, Imma give this 9.5.
This drama is full of aura farming (all that wind effect) and I loved it! There isn’t much blood spitting compared to other xianxia/wuxia, but there are MANY tears falling.

No way he’s 39! I’m currently watching I am Nobody 2 and I thought he’s about mid to late 20s

I actually enjoyed this one, I didn’t even notice the editing is bad. Not one episode did I get bored. I love me a strong and intelligent couple, and despite every important characters being introduced in the 1st episode, messing my mind, they all grew on me eventually.

Gonna be one of the biggest betrayals in dramas I’ve experienced!! Usually it’s very obvious who’s the main antagonist, like there’s good amount of foreshadowings in most dramas, but I really didn’t anticipate Master Qi, even in the actual moment it was revealed he’s the man in black I was still denying it. I crossed him off my list early on, and I was honestly hoping it could be anyone in the six sect aside from him (Lord Song, and ofc Lord Cai).

Of course they made us love the neighbors and whole town just to kill most of them. Constable Wang, Chef Li, Aunt Yin, maid Fuling and the workers in the restaurant, even Granny Kang and Magistrate’s daughter😭 what a great performance from Lin Muran (Sui 2nd son), I really want to get inside the screen and kill him.
I don’t believe in jinx shit, but FL really kinda jinxed her town😀 okk i’m not fr, it’s those crazy Sui brothers.

EPISODE 18 AGAIN!! it gave me flashbacks to Story of pearl girl.

I personally enjoyed this one! FL reminded me of Julia Xiang in Forever Love (with Wang Anyu) and Lu Yuxiao in Time and Him are Just Right (which are two of my fav school dramas). ML is not your typical aloof genius guy, and FL is a very good and loyal friend.
I didn’t find any episode boring. The last few episodes kinda went downhill a bit, but the ending is great, so I think this overall deserves 8 rating.

When I first saw him in Affinity I was like “he looks like the annoying villain in Lighter and Princess” but like “nah probably not him, just remembered his face wrong”, then it’s really him😭 like i literally hated his guts in L&P and thankfully he looks very different here from his style there.

Her drama with Hei Ze is my most favorite and it keeps getting taken down😫

The chemistry, intimacy, and cinematography that I was expecting before the drama aired did not disappoint!! Hoping for another project with YSX and HY.

Just finished this, and I totally loved the chemistry between BJT (Ding Qi) and SY (Mo Yuanzhi) until the end, like they’re literally so funny whatever the situation. Sadly, i don’t think there will be season 2.
