Blame it on the censorship! They forced the staff to deleted ALL the kiss scenes including the scenes during their stay at West Shu where they pretended to be a married couple. This drama finally passed the censorship after the third try. The episodes got butchered from 40 eps to 36 eps, means the deleted scenes worth 4 episodes got deleted! Thankfully, the staff, even iqiyi, uploaded the deleted scenes on weibo and douyin as if they are saying "Screw censorship!!" 😭👍🏻

This one is not important. It shows the same scenes with the beginning of The Final Stage. The only difference is at the very first minute where Akiyama meets someone from LGT and talks in English. That's all.

Amazing! Chen Yuqi filmed a documentary series China Before China or Why China! It is a documentary that will tell exactly the history of China, starting from Xia. It will start airing on Oct 20. Yuqi filmed it for 6 months and without going through audition! Chen Yuqi is always private and workaholic. She works hard yet no one knows. I just hope I can watch this documentary bcos I love learning about history.

No it is very different from AiB where they are stuck in life and death situations. LG won't kill anyone. The losers will have to pay debt. With money on the bet, people are willing to sacrifice others to save themselves. So it is FL's job to make them trust her and willing to work together, while ML has to think of a way to save everyone.
I might sound biased since this is my fave jdrama, but you won't regret watching it.

Just a reminder: they filmed The Final Stage before season 2. If you're a fan of Liar Game you should have heard about the rumors that Erika and Shota got into argument during the filming of the movie. Tbh I don't believe it. They might got into argument, but it didn't last long and they made up. Why am I saying this? Bcos when they promoted the movie, they were as close as ever, there was no awkward or uncomfortable moment. When they filmed season 2 Erika and Shota were always together, laughing and talking. Even during interviews, press conferences, variety shows guesting, there was a lot of laughs, eye contacts, support. Even if you try to fake it, your body language shows, but with Erika and Shota, they are genuinely close and comfortable as friends. Also, they reunited in Shota's drama where Erika is the supporting cast as well as a commercial ads just 2 years ago.

This is a drama where a bunch of rich people created a game of deception with money prize for the winners and the losers have to pay debt. By their own reasons, they involved an honest, kind hearted girl (FL) and a famous swindler (ML) into the game. So the premise is: will the FL stay kind until the end among greedy and selfish people who are after the money? Will she be able to save everyone?

This drama was a HUGE hit. The drama was re-aired just recently and people still want a new season. You should watch it if you like mystery, suspense, psychological drama with plot twist. The acting, the chemistry, the characters, the games are amazing and you'll end up wanting more. I watched the whole series 3 times already and I still want to rewatch it 🤭

I watched this drama purely for Toda Erika. Whether it's good or bad it depends on your taste. For me it was okay. Nothing new, nothing exciting, nothing that could make me swoon.

First, I'm not a fan of Yamapi, but in this drama his character is so flat boring. Nothing fresh about Asahi. He is just another cool guy. I think it is stupid to wait for someone who ditched you without proper explanation or goodbye. He can't even contact her, or know her whereabouts. It's plain dumb.

Asahi and Natsuki are more like buddies who connect really well rather than two opposite genders in love with each other. They were ditched by their exes, so they found console on each other. That's all. It's not passionate love.

Hanae is also dumb. She loves Asahi for 10 years knowing she would never have a chance. Although I could see how happy she was when she finally got to date Asahi, but it was also a wake up call to her that they would never be together bcos he is just not into her. Well thankfully she has Hikaru who genuinely loves her, but never forces his feelings to her.

One thing I like the most about this drama is the friendship between Natsuki and Hanae. They know they like the same man, but they never backstab or feel jealous or try to sabotage the other. Instead they try not to hurt the other and even support the girl to pursue Asahi.

Overall, you might want to skip this one. There are more good jdrama than this.

Ah Sebumi is in tight situation between his ex gf and the woman he loves now. Even Satoko could see it at once that he likes Touma 😅

Well that being said, their feelings to each other became clearer. Sebumi is really protective to Touma. He doesn't want Touma to use her SPEC again bcos he knows how dangerous and harmful it does to her. And as usual he gets the most damages bcos he would never let Touma gets hurt.

I actually think the series should end here (with Zero SP included), but it would have been better if they revealed about Touma's parents in this movie rather than showing Satoko. Although Jun's existence is important for the next movie. Oh well...

This drama is good for you if you like:
1. Genius, eccentric, unique FL who isn't afraid of anything, and will say anything on her mind. Oh yeah she is so proud of herself and eats A LOT!
2. An honest, dedicated and responsible soldier as ML, who values his teammates and will diligently complete his mission.
3. Bickering couple who does not argue only by words, but with real punch 🤣 but everytime FL is in danger, or someone points a gun on her, the ML will step in front of her to protect her. He really cares about her.
4. Mystery will be revealed one by one, but some remains unknown. You have to watch the whole series of SPEC 2 to understand.
5. Diversity of SPEC powers. The SPEC holders are not all bad or good, they have their own reasons. It's a Japanese ver of X-Men or Heroes, but more humane and tragic.

I watched this only for Erika. Thank God I did bcos this drama is cool!

1. Erika is fantastic as usual! She excelled as Touma. She didn't mind looking ugly, messy, yankee like girl.
2. My first Kase Ryo drama and he is amazing as this stoic, but emotional character. A soldier kind of character
3. The chemistry between Erika and Kase is fantastic! I was actually shocked they have 14 years age gap! But it didn't show here bcos he looks younger than his age, thanks to his haircut 😆
4. The story is unpredictable. Yes you might have guessed who is the killer for each case, but for the main plot, you can't tell who is the good guy or the bad guy. Everyone has their own problem and reason. You can only trust our leads (Mishou team).
5. The amount of humor, mystery, action, suspense and tragedy is well balanced. It makes you want more!
6. The villains are dangerous and always one step ahead, but our Touma is a genius. She can overcome everything!
7. The rough but clear confession from Sebumi is cute 🤭

What disappointed me the most is I was expecting Touma to show her SPEC even just once at the end, but she didn't 😭 I believe the writer/director saved it for the movies.
I have no problem with the last villain bcos he is obsessed with Touma. One thing for sure, his power only proves that Sebumi will always remember Touma bcos that is how important she is to him 👏👏👏

Overall I gave it 9.5 bcos she didn't show her SPEC.

There are 4 couples here. The twins have secret admirers, but they rejected those men. ML also has a pursuer and this brat is annoying, but he pays no attention to her. Don't worry. For ending, well it's an open ending with hope 😑 you can stop watching on ep 31 though 😅

It's annoying considering some actors played 2 or more characters in one drama, for example Chen Xingxu on TSL, Luo Yunxi on TTEOTM or Yang Mi on TMOPB 😭 and in this drama, Yuan Qingli is not even the main character, but A Yuan (or Feng Mianwan who lost her memory). But thank you for answering my question in detail 🙏

I remember watching this drama when I was a kid, along with my cousins and we all fell in love with Rika and the OST. I also remember how much I hated Satomi. This girl is so good at acting pitiful and how she wants all the men to be hers. Yuck!
Even though I love Rika, I will never watch this again bcos of Satomi.
