Seeing a female lead warrior that actually takes on a challenging opponent [in a life or death situation ] all on her own, without the ml coming in in the nick of time to save her, has healed something crucial in me. I was as excited as a baby that just got its first toy.
I see a lot of people saying episode 2 was too fast paced but i personally love the fact that we didn't get to wait too long to see the conclusion of his sister's loveless marriage.
That eldest Sui is truly a monster. I'm glad that I hated himfrom the time we caught glimpses of how he was an absolute nightmare to Qianqian. Even the little humanity he was shown to have [his "love" for his younger brother] is fake. I hope he has no redemption and dies horribly and alone.
• That face-off between Kang Sijin and Lee Hanyoung was so cringe, I had to fast forward through that scene. • Episode 13 was phenomenal. • I'm glad my ship didn't crash and burn even after Sehui's betrayal. • Ji Sung has the most amazing chemistry with all his co-actors, it really makes this found family trope very endearing. • The final scene at Suojae suggests continuum of a system of manipulation and/or corruption but at least it looks more colourful now, rather than being filled with very old men in drab suits.

Didn't really have any hopes for the ending, but I'm glad Pheem seemed much happier and was able to give up that unrequited crush. Although, I would've preferred Jira using his experiences with Koh as a foundation to build up himself as an artist and move on to be successful to some extent. However, since this is a GMMTV series after all, I knew there was a 0.5% chance that the main couple was not going to end up together and had already prepared my mind for it. So then getting back together after over a year of being together didn't really surprise. Great series nonetheless. A bit pretentious, but aren't we all.
The fact that this show was able to keep me entertained despite the fact that i didn't like either of the main characters and they kept doing the one character I favoured bad shows that it is good.
They're cute, but it's kinda boring; there's not much going on. ABD there are 8 more episodes, i wonder how they plan on developing the story to fill that runtime.
Ps. Furuya is getting all comfy with his role as a fairy gay father.
Just read the manhwa and I'm once again so vexed at how much they butchered the story. The casting was so perfect. Smh🤦♀️ And poor manhwa Chan Young, they made him the main character but turned him from a good friend and an adorable character to a self absorbed douche.
Lowkey the rage room scene was a huge turn off for me. I'm not talking about the acting, that was good. It's just,…
If a person is calm enough to work through his anger from a previous night and go to a rage room in the morning, pay for it, does whatever while making sure that his ragings don't harm the other person in the room, he doesn't have anger issues and it's not a violent person.
