So this police man intentionally puts an unknowing civilian in harms way just to test his theory. You have a man that looks like a wanted criminal who claims he's been impersonated, but nobody suspects him enough to put him on surveillance before the case is solved, even if not suspicion, but as a protective measure. In the 2nd episode or so, the main character goes to the ID organisation and found that his biometrics were changed 2 months prior and even despite the scene he caused there, the police is oblivious of this vital information. A nobody steals a gang boss's money and threatens to snitch on him if he's ever caught and even orders this dude, that has been so full of pride since his character introduction, to do his dirty work without pay, and he agrees. Even when killing the dude is a faster and easier way to stop the falling dominoes from crashing on you.
A lot of things don't make sense here but I'm very curious as to what the end could be.
I love how the people bashing those that want a gay ship as weird for not respecting friendship between two main characters, but are in turn shipping the female lead with Pi O without also respecting friendship between opposite genders, especially when they have no romantic gestures between them. She clearly is someone that loves music and is very attracted to Pi O's musical mastery. But I'm here for the musical rivalry and living every minute; just calling out this hypocrisy which is very much rooted in homophobia.
The way people are hyping up this drama by saying its a 100/10 or 10/10 is weird asf. It feels like a fever dream…
It has been reiterated several times in the drama that Changyang is a prodigy, someone whose intellect and strength was way beyond his age. Including the fact that he was left alone at such a young age to fend for himself, it's not a wild idea that he's able to be calculative enough to work his way into Lang Di's life. He also had money and proximity via his brother who was one of Lang di's investors. Many deaths in real life and fiction can also be easily avoided but they still happen, that's just what death is, a certain conclusion that occurs at uncertain times.
