Every episode leaves me speechless in the best possible way. How is it that every frame is absolutely gorgeous. I thought I saw peak cinematography in "The pursuit of Jade" but even that pales in comparison to this.
No matter how much in love I'm with a person, I only hope that if I ever encounter a situation that is similar to when Jane Alee found those pendants, I'd have enough sense to run away from such person. That was really scary. The harsh scolding followed by him telling him to hurry up back to him in a sickening sweet voice. I think that was the creepiest thing I've ever seen.
That scene with Justin was crazy. And with him calling Chen Xin during that scene, the lines are now completely blurred, even non-existent at this point.

I respect your opinion, but it's very hard for me to believe that someone can compare this shit to the Untamed. Even at its best [the first half of the series], it would still be questionable to compare them, talk less of comparing them given how awful the last few episodes were.

Ridiculousness no 1: Beating the gay out of your son while pining over your male liver Ridiculousness no 2: Using the brother's first love who died because they foolishly went to a disaster area as a precedent for also rushing into a disaster area to "save" your lover. Ridiculousness no 105: That fucking open ending, I can't even call it open because it doesn't even give you any clues as to what could happen next. The supposed town obiliterating comets were more like shooting stars, Xu Yuan never actually made a wish (what we saw was just a flashback of their time together)
The more I think of this the more mad i get. I was fully prepared for some dramatics where Xu Yuan makes a wish at the right time and Zhan Wang gets magically cured, but the ending is even more useless than i anticipated.
