They were in another room inside the same house (where Day and Itt lived with Night. Gear is just a regular visitor.)
Oh I'm sorry... I misread your original post. I thought you were referring to the "event" in the shower. And yes, Night and Gear were still sitting on the couch in the hospital room when Day ordered Itt to wipe his lower half. And I believe that was also shown in the original cut version.

You’re welcome. And I also read the books only after I started to watch a few episodes of the series because I could not understand the characters and their motivations and/or present actions. The books are VERY toxic indeed and they certainly are not my usual reading fare (red flags all around!!) But the characters grew on me a bit so I decided to stick around and see how the series ends (even though I could not believe what Day, Gear and Nan did to their partners!) I just read Books 1 & 2 … so far. I don’t know if I will ever read Book 3 after the series has completely aired. :-)

It truly is a crazy and wild ride (both the series and the books themselves), but I suggest just watching the UNCUT version of Love Syndrome III which the producers have decided to release (on WeTV) after releasing 8 episodes of the current "Cut" version. The UNCUT version's scenes flow more smoothly as far as storytelling is concerned. It has longer scenes and more backstories which explain what is going on in the present day. (The backstory scenes are actually from Books 1 and 2 of the series. This show Love Syndrome III tells the story ofBook 3.)

This definitely is not the most erotic series. I wonder why they stated that in the trailer.
I was excited to watch this potentially "dark romance".... but watching the first few episodes compelled me to search for and read the novels (and I finished the first 2 already). The novels WERE erotic and VERY toxic.... but the execution of the series sadly did not live up to the novels (which frankly are "too dark" for me, but I at least understood the logic behind the characters.)

KC is back on Netflix under the title “Waves of Life”. (I just saw it there and had to check what was the original Thai title here on MDL.)

Title Couple on the Backtrack Spoiler
I dropped this a while ago at episode 3, I don't remember why and a few days ago I continued it out of boredom.…
Chun Sul was the only one who knew that Ban Do and Jin Joo were the couple who argued in the broadcast room of the school (when everybody heard a man and woman saying that they were married but got divorced and they had a kid). And since Chun Sul thought they were just students at that time, she did not like Ban Do for Jin Joo and she pushed her to be with Nam Gil.

The slow burn will be worth it! Once they are both ready to be in a relationship, it's going to be SO GOOD.
I agree… but I just hope it will not be TOO SLOW such that we will have our main couple together for only a couple of episodes! And no “noble idiocy” parting near the end please Writer-nim!! I am sooo over that cliche!

I watched this while it was airing....and most of the complaints were about making Du Lei into a bad guy.... but…
I know right? That’s why I could not understand why many viewers were (almost) mad when in the end, he showed his true colors to Jiang Jun. There were some episodes when he showed us (the viewers) his gentle side… but apparently that was only to get Jiang Jun’s affection. As the saying goes “A leopard never changes its spots.” A good writer creates the nature of his character and makes his/her actions/decisions consistent with that nature — unless there is an express/obvious change because of an event, changing circumstances or an epiphany, which we usually call character development.

I will take your suggestion under advisement, especially since the drama (Love and Redemption) is already available on Netflix.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I loved The Romance of Tiger and Rose and I am looking forward to the sequel. (I liked The Eternal Love 1 and 2 which have similar vibes as well.) Other modern Cdramas I loved were Go Go Squid and Le Coup De Foudre (very interesting storytelling for that last one).

Love and Redemption looks good but is too long for me! Hehehe The only very long Cdrama I watched - and loved - was Ashes of Love. I have long wanted to see Eternal Love Ten Miles of Peach Blossom because everyone says it’s good, but the length daunts me. Hahaha

Is there any breakup or gap??
There was no breakup. Misunderstandings were cleared between the main couple in just one or two episodes. They definitely did not let anyone influence them to break up, though many tried VERY HARD to do so.

Title Sunshine of My Life Spoiler
I almost did not start watching this because of the comments, but I love Zhang Han and he and his leading lady (Lulu Xu) looked so beautiful - as individuals and as a couple - that I had to give it a try at least. after all, I am a fan of rom-coms anyway.

After getting to know all the characters (main and supporting) well enough, I decided I want to see the love story of the main couple till the end because I really liked them together and found their chemistry and scenes to be funny, charming and adorable. I started to skip the scenes with the uninteresting and annoying characters or the scenes irrelevant to the main couple after episode 10. By episode 25, I did not skip scenes anymore but watched the main couple’s scenes at normal speed and everything else at 2x speed so I can still see what was happening in the story (mostly fashion/business intrigues and family relationships)

By the last few episodes, I saw everything in the story getting wrapped up quite well. There was justice served, relationships restored or moved forward, and lots of love all around - not just for the main couple but also for all the characters. There was character growth for most of them but especially for the main couple. The ending was not only happy for for the main couple but very satisfying to me. Loved the wedding scene!

So in the end, I loved how this series was well-produced showing how the fashion industry works (from the designing aspect to the corporate concerns, from the designers to the models, and everything else in between). The clothes on the runway and worn by the characters were most of the time beautiful and elegant, sometimes quirky and modern. I fell in love with the main couple because once they got together, they really protected their relationship and did not prolong their misunderstandings. They learned to completely trust each other and did not waver in their commitment - no matter who tried to keep them apart.

I would highly recommend this to Zhang Han’s fans, or to any fan of fairy tale-like love stories yet has a touch of slice-of-life aspect too. This was definitely Zhang Han’s best modern drama, of course after Boss and Me!

My overall rating is 8.5. (It could have been higher if there were fewer episodes or if they had cut down some of the unnecessary or overlong scenes of unpleasant side characters.)

I watched this while it was airing....and most of the complaints were about making Du Lei into a bad guy.... but I for one thought he REALLY was a bad guy from the start. So I didn't agree with them. I loved the whole show. One of my top 2 C-dramas. The other one is Boss and Me (my first Cdrama ever).
