Yes, I've never heard of it either. I did some digging and I found a Facebook page of one of the sponsors of the awards. From what I could determine, this is a new award and 2023 is the first year. It is a Thailand award. I think the main sponsor is ชมรมพัฒนาธุรกิจและทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (Business and Human Resources Development Club). They are the sponsors for several other awards in Thailand. According the their Facebook, The longest running awards that they sponsor seem to be Thailand Digital Awards and Thailand Kids Awards.
So now they are sponsoring this new Asia Top Awards which focus on the Entertainment industry. Most of winners are Thai actors and Thai content, but there some international winners.

It's not free on Viki. It is a Pass Plus drama on Viki and requires a Viki Pass Plus subscription to watch because it is a Kocowa drama.

You can watch the episodes for free on Kocowa Taste24 option. Kocowa allows access to latest episode free with ads for 24 hours after broadcast as part of their Taste24. If you go to Kocowa website and click on Taste24, you will see Ep 4. I was able to watch episodes 1-4 for free with ads. You do need to have an account, but you can sign up for a free account. Then you can watch dramas with ads.
Kocowa is not available in every country. It is available in USA, but I'm not sure what other countries have access. You can use VPN if necessary.

Yes, Qin Tian does create havoc with ML company. His goal was revenge against ML family, so he creates chaos in order to get ML fired and then take away the company from him. His revenge is to destroy Song family and make them lose the family company so Qin Tian will be the new owner.
He comes close to this goal. He causes problems to get ML temporarily removed as CEO, and then buys shares so that he is majority shareholder in the company so he can permanently remove ML and take over. However, ML and Hao Jun work to get the other members of the Board of Directors on their side and FL and Luo Qin work to buy shares so Luo Qin has enough shares that Qin Tian doesn't have a majority shares anymore. There is a showdown at the Board of Directors meeting, and Board votes to keep ML as CEO. Qin Tian is defeated.

I requested it. I hope we will see it at Viki soon.

Yes. It was quite jarring as a viewer to see these things at the end of the drama since before that the drama had been focusing on a healing theme for all of the characters.
For the Older Sister character, she had been characterized by the FL as a wonderful older sister and a very positive friend to Qin Tian as seen in flashbacks. Then suddenly she is a mercenary b*tch trying to extort money from the grandfather and only using the brother. It's also implied that she might have gotten pregnant on purpose just for financial gain reasons. Usually a dead sibling is portrayed positively in these sorts of dramas. It was strange and felt out of place somehow.

Yes, I was also surprised there was no redemption/happy end for him. Just straight to the police station. I was also surprised that they made the Older sister so mercenary. Very unusual.

You ask a lot of good questions. There were many plot holes that the scriptwriters did not resolve. I'll try to answer to my best guess.
Yes, the parents died abroad. How the children got separated, I'm not sure either. Qin Tian was living abroad in the same city as the parents, so he was closest to the scene when the accident occured. The writers don't say, but I'm guessing that the Sister put Qin Tian name down as an emergency contact person with the school she was attending since he was local. So the hospital notified him when the accident happened. He mentioned that he was the one to take Xuan Xuan back to China to the FL parents, so that is why FL and ML never met. I'm not dure why he only took Xuan Xuan, so I can't really explain why the children were separated.
For the pins, it wasn't clarified directly. but I think the FL bought them as a matching set for her and the sister. So she kept one and gave the other to her sister. The sister took it with her when she went abroad. I'm guessing that the police or the hospital gave the pin to Hao Yu/Grandfather when they came to get Chen Chen as it was his mother's. This is my guess as it was not stated in the drama.
