It's soon but I don't know the exact date. I will let you know when it does (:
Here's the list I came up with: Kurokouchi, Keiji Yoshinaga Seiichi Namida no Jikenbo, Keiji no Manazashi, Link. All of those would suit our tastes perfectly. There's also "Dandarin Rodo Kijun Kantokukan" that I thought about watching for the cast but I changed my mind and Tokyo Toy Box is on my radar too. Oh, my top drama to watch this season is Legal High 2!
The problem is that none of the interesting dramas is getting subbed except Legal High 2 and Tokyo Toy Box. This is really frustrating and sad :(
You're busy as hell buddy! Two main roles in two 2013's fall season's dramas. Keep up the good work (:

Even when some events indicated that the general is evil; I never hated him or considered him pure evil. He was such a pleasant character to watch and relate to. I certainly loved his relationship with his son and the way he prefers him. I also believe that the general was the best choice for Gokuryo but only as the head of warriors; all the battles that he has been to were won, he did keep his promise of protecting the country. I don't know if you read the history of that era or not but when general Yun died; Gokuryeo fell apart and was won over so when the king Bojang said "I am afraid of Gokuryeo without general Yun", he wasn't lying, he was actually saying words of wisdom because it took Yeon Gae Sum for the country to be safe.
You wil change your mind about the evil power in the upcoming episodes, did you reach ep 11-12? There's an evil figure that's going to make you cringe your teeth.
Since you came back to dramaland, allow me to recommend you two of this year's best dramas. Hanzawa Naoki and Golden Empire, they may have seem businees oriented and not interesting but I do believe that they are the best prductions of this year. You should consider Hanzawa Naoki as a priority.

Certainement OUI!
Merde!

No, this is my fifth year and now, I will get to choose a speacialty (:
I don't know "Arifureta Kiseki", is it a good one?
I think my top priority is Secrets for currently airing dramas alongside with some of the Japanese new season's drama if they get subbed. As for the already finished one, I have a lot in mind that I don't know where to start. What about you?

I am glad that you liked Hanzawa Naoki; it's totally the drama of the year for me. I am also excited to see Sakai Masato in Lagal High 2, that guy is a genius. I do recommend you Golden Empire, maybe not too soon but I am sure you will like it. So what drama do you plan to satrt after Hanzawa?
I can say that you shouldn't watch Master's Sun. I believe that it is one of those common rom-com with the ghost theme in it. I didn't like it although I was in the right mood and I like Ji Sub. All in all, I decided to never watch another Hong Sisters drama for a while and stop watching rom-coms for a long time after this one.
I saw Mars, it was pretty cool and I guess you would like it. It would be a good first for you but beware of the slow beginning. There are other Tw dramas that are action and psychology oriented but I wouldn't recommend any since I haven't seen one yet. I have a nice list in mind, so as soon as I eucounter a good one, I will let you know.

Oddly, I liked the romance story that way. I never liked romance in twisted dramas.
I am being harsh on Kdramas that's for sure. I tend to watch HKC, Tw or Japanese dramas these days. Even in movies, I didn't manage to watch anything Korean. It's just a change of air, I am planning to start Secrets in one or two weeks. How are you liking it?

Well, you know that you shouldn't expect romance from Japanese. They have this amazing ability of ruining couples in their detective dramas. Like gee why the heck did she confess to that forensic doctor? :D But oh well, I liked the drama for its humour and the characters' relationship. Do you really think there would be another season?

I also had Empress Ki on my radar for a while then I figured that I don't have to watch it. First because I am impatient especially with long dramas, second, because I am fully aware of that era's history and finaly because I rather spend time on a long Japanese drama than a Korean one. I am getting really harsh on Kdramas lately that I only watch HKC, TW or J dramas and the same goes with movies.
I did rather that Kimmy would've chosen a more interesting role. Did you watch his last year's drama "Priceless"? I was always discouraged to start it.
He never wanted to be king. He's a warrior and a pretty damn good one too.

Empress Ki, the 50 episodes Ha Ji Won's drama? Why? I had my eyes on that one but I don't know if I will be able to go through another 50 episodes drama plus history based drams aren't always that great especially in the end.
Strangely, I don't find Kimmy's drama interesting. I don't know why.

Yes, it does get better as the episodes go by and when the new characters come in. You still don't know who you favorite character may be yet? I do agree that Ok Bin was a pleasant discovery in this drama.
I can't seem to get enough of Yamada; at first, I didn't think much when I saw him around but as I saw the diversity of roles he portrays, I realized that this guy is a real actor not some flower boy playing around. He also has such an absorbing charisma that makes you want to watch more of his productions.
Ok darn it; I wish that Yamada and Fujiwara switch roles. I am pretty confident that Yamada can do a better job as a psycho but oh well, let's wait and see.

I saw Soratobu Kouhoshitsu and I really liked it; it introduced a new version of Ayane Fo and I loved the characters but I have to agree that it had some serious pacing problems; the first episodes were really slow but it ended with a bang LOL
Oh, you're already in episode 5? You're mmoving fast :D Is it still to your liking? The best is yet to come.
