This drama was surprinsingly good. Although, I was doing my best to avoid detective episodic dramas, I found myself invested in this drama and its different theme of solving crimes using weather but that's not the main reason I liked this; its thanks to the characters and the pits of humour thrown in each episode that I totally enjoyed it.

You prefer dubbed dramas? That's weird, I used to watch dubbed dramas in my language and movies dubbed in French but now I hate it to the core! I can only watch subbed things now.
I also Like Song Hye Kyo but the storyline wasn't to my liking because I felt they were going in circles.
Oh btw, I am currently watching Otenki Onee San; you should check it out, it's a detective drama with a different theme to solve crimes.

Thanks for the compliements and the friend request and welcome to MDL! I really like your avi by the way (:
I see that you like Japanese mystery plots so I believe you will enjoy Namonaki Doku just keep in mind that this is nothing like other Japanese hardcore mysteries.
I see that you only watch Wuxia and Japanese intense dramas. That's a big part of my taste, it's very great to meet you ^^

Then go for it, what are you waiting for? Just keep in mind that this is romance-free drama so don't expect it even if hints make you believe in its existence. I highly recommend you this drama if you're looking for an intense high class screenwriting (:

Most of them are idol actors such as Yoo Chun, Chang Min, Si Won, Byung Hoon, Hung Joon and many others. It's not that I hate all of them but most of them don't appeal to me and it feels wrong to waste my time watching their stiff horrible acting sometimes.
The third class are those who managed to gather looks and acting skills which pretty rare to come by but they do exist; of course they're not as good as the "Real actors" but their acting is pretty good and they're also not shallow like flower boys actors; in this category, I would mention Song Joong Ki, Lee Jun Ki, Tamaki Hiroshi, Won Bin, Joo Won, So Ji Sub, Ikuta Toma, Joo Sang Wook and so on.
Judging many dramas at the same time isn't that hard; I can even brief you on the eight dramas that I am currently watching without any problem but I only dramathon one drama at a time, the rest are currently airing.
Get ready to hate Tae Joo :D

Now that we're talking about acting skills, I must say that I have troubles with many actors in Asian dramas. I divide them into three classes: the first is the REAL actors who don't use their looks to deliver emotions, they're the actors that move me and make their roles very enjoyable to watch even if the drama/movie aren't that great; such as Sakai Masato, Kang Dong Woo, Tsumabuki Satoshi, Kimura Takuya, Andy Lau, Jang Hyuk, Takenouchi Yutaka, Kim Nam Gil, Takeuchi Yuko, Donnie Yen, Ayano Go, Oguri Shun and the list can go on. Those are real actors in my definition whether in the way they portray the character, their tone, their charisma and everything you can think about that defines a good actor.
The second class are the flower boy actors who are not by any mean good actors but they're hyped up for their looks. Their acting is very stiff and even irritating.

You don't like Kim Nam Gil? Have you ever watched one of his dramas?
I know that feeling, there are many actors that I like to stalk them but their list isn't my reference. I hardly watch dramas because of actors because the first thing I look into in the drama page is the "genres", if I find the genres I like, I watch the drama without even reading the synopsis sometimes but if the genre doesn't fit my preferences, I read the synopsis and check the cast list to see if the drama is worth it. I may as well watch something very underrated and unfamous to see if it fits my taste. I just love hidden gems and unpopular dramas.
Have you started Golden Empire? What are your thoughts about it?

I liked Skip Beat because I saw the anime and I am currently reading the manga; if you're not into that field (anime/manga) then I wouldn't recommend it either.
I also wouldn't recommend "Just You"; I am curently watching that drama and it contain every cliché in the book, very cheesy and "Taiwanese drama" like if I may say. The relationship is very slow even if the main leads have some good chemistry. Also, the female lead is super dumb like one the stupidest female leads in dramaland. Oh, and she screams a lot that I think I will have hearing problems by the end of the drama. Not to mention that the actress playing her is pretty bad. On a positive note, the male lead is smexy.
Lee Bo Young snatched a spot in my blacklist because of the drama "Queen of The Game", she was really irritating as an actress there that's why I decided to never watch her in another drama.

Yup, I am pretty sure it's not fun because I won't allow anyone to make fun of me Bwahahaha :p
Swallow The Sun isn't for you dreamy; don't be misleaded by the action in its genre because that wasn't the main point in this drama; it has birth secret and annoying things I am sure you won't like that much.
I have that in my PTW list but since you recommended it; I will start downloading it soon. Hmmmm, it does seem interesting.

Actually I recommended Hanzawa Naoki because it has a similar feeling to Golden Empire; an intense male lead and business theme although Hanzawa (the male lead) can't be hated, not like Tae Joo. Hanzawa Naoki and Golden Empire were my top obsessions and now they ended at the same time :(
I watch Taiwanese dramas too but they're too cheesy and do a lot of dragging but sometimes they can produce great dramas. Oh, and I am also a huge fan of dark twisted dramas especially Japanese. Which are your favorite dramas of that genre?
You do a lot of skipping in family dramas only? I fast forward almost anything I watch except the ones who got 9 and 10 because they are too interesting to miss any moment of them. I also don't fastforward Japanese dramas except rarely.
I am not family dramas person, the two dramas I am watching is because I was kind of forced to so no, I didn't watch "Thank You".
I completed Otenki Onee San and started Legal High :D
Is the drama you're watching Taiwanese?
I also Like Song Hye Kyo but the storyline wasn't to my liking because I felt they were going in circles.
