Too many interesting adaptations of king Yong Jo and crown prince Sado lately. First SBS's Secret Door then this.
In other words, this year it's Han Seok Kyu ahjussi, next year it's Song Kang Ho ahjussi. King Yong Jo's character never felt so good to bring to life :D
When I saw him in Tai Chi Zero and Hero, I was like: "What the heck is Jayden Yuan's look-alike doing here"? Then I read that he won the Olympics Golden Medal in Wushu. And heck, it's him! I clearly remember his Wushu and now he's a martial artist actor, I am gonna have to follow him from now on.
I simply love real martial artists doing Kung Fu films, no stupid wires or fake moves. The acting can be a bit of a problem but it's forgivable for the sake of martial arts perfection.
Yoo Ji Tae is enough to make me watch this, I am used to his performance in the big screen but this sounds like a good treat. Park Min Young on the other hand: Meh!
I am currently loving his character in Porn Prom Onlaweng and as I was adding him to the database, I found out that he's actually a Sub Lieutenant doctor who's only treating showbiz as a side hobby. OMG, he's so loveable but as a fellow doctor, I just hope that he will correct stupid practices of medicine in lakorns. He even got to play a doctor's role in Thara Himalai.
I want to watch this for Shigeyuki but I hate affairs. I am sure it won't to be subbed either. Teaser: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTePL5VLRPM…
Well, even those from popular channels don't get subbed all the time, what about a cable? And LaLa TV no less, it's not a very famous Japanese cable channel especially in drama-making. Heck, I wonder if the Raw are even available :D
And yeah, a second season can be very good. If One Hitoshi makes it that is.
