It's time for Ci Sha to shine. He’s already good with horse riding, bow & arrow, and fighting since he trained for 6 months before filming the Creation of the Gods trilogy. I believe he won't disappoint us with the role of Guo Jing. It’s also nice that they kept the classic wuxia style for this drama. I'm looking forward to this airing soon.

The dog 🐕 actress, Dahuang, is in this drama! This is her 3rd time (that I know of) with Joseph Zeng—Mysterious Lotus Casebook, Romance on the Farm, and now this drama. Joseph must be so thrilled. 😊

You know it's a bromance when the two male leads watch the meteor shower together and adopt the same cat by chance. Watching the night sky together is such a typical bromance thing to do in Cdrama-land. 🤭

The characters and silly comedy is similar to the donghua. Li Bing was actually more mean to Chen Shi in the donghua when they first met. Chen Shi is overly friendly, naive, and adorable. He will melt the cold cat's heart. The first episode was somewhat boring but it got better once the human Li Bing shows up.

Actor Xia ZhiGuang just joined this drama.

Loving Mai as she is clever and resourceful. She’s the one that saves the ML many times. Also, the constant squinting from the ML is a bit distracting. I hope he’ll stop that once his character develops into a more serious person.

Why do they always stall? I wanted to scream at her to get the hell out of there now! It was annoying lol

I like his makeup in this drama. The last time I think his makeup was good was in Yin Yang Master Dream of Eternity movie. He looks so good with the right makeup and hair. Unfortunately, not all drama does a good job in this dept for him.

He is an excellent actor. Doing complex characters like he does is not easy. But I do want to see his character with a happy ending for once. I think he's so good at playing complex grey and villain characters that they keep him in that role. On a side note, he looks great in this drama. Very handsome.

I'm here for Wang Duo. Is he going to be the complex villain again? Sigh….I’ll still watch this.
