He Na is a tragic character until his last breath. He and Luo Ning have the same tragic fate because of one evil dumbass of a person.

He Na will always forgive A Fu. Always have and always will. His biggest flaw is his unconditional love for A Fu and not punishing him for his crime. He will make A Fu the new king.

Well, the story is about when they were all young and how they met, how they got to power and their fights. It'll be interesting. I'm currently watching the donghua, and it's pretty good. I imagine the live drama will be similar to Blood of Youth. A lot of brotherhood and action scenes.

Maybe he’s dying. A Fu will really regret it after that. The only way he’ll learn is if he loses both Luo Ning and He Na. But regardless, A Fu makes a terrible king.

Why does He Na want A Fu to be the King of Melody's race so badly? Mainly bc A Fu is a descendent of the previous Demon King? Is He Na giving up on life? What the heck.

I find it weird that LWJ keeps pushing SQL on Xiao Se. Like it's his mission to get them together as the matchmaker. Everything so far is so forced. LWJ can hardly talk to a girl though. He needs to read that book Scholar Diety gave him. 😆

To me, WuXin and Xiao Se are soulmates. Nothing sexual. Only WuXin can understand Xiao Se’s complex mind. They're more alike than not. It's just the way they present themselves to other people is different. Both are intelligent and arrogant, but one is just sassier. 😆

WuXin’s presence always makes things more interesting. He has such a strong screen presence, and his words are usually witty or sassy. I don't skip any of his scenes, and I can't say the same for the other characters.

It seems like he just accepted it in the end. She is Sikong Changfeng’s only daughter so she is a good person to take as a wife too. She carries a good name and wealth. Plus, she has given so much of herself to protect him. But no lovey-dovey stuff from Xiao Se. Lol.

They really are soul mates. Only WuXin can understand Xiao Se’s complex mind. Xiao Se would dream of WuXin when he felt uneasy so they could have a conversation about it. That tells us a lot. Their bond and brotherhood are strong. LWJ, Tang Lian, and SQL can hardly grasp what Xiao Se is thinking.

The story is about Baili Dongjun and his friends. He does have a love interest, but romance is not a focus.

Yes, I get that. But even Prince Chong is more respectful to the elders than Xiao Se. It's just his attitude. Even his master told him off about his attitude. I think only his master and WuXin dare to tell Xiao Se what's up. They don't hold back.

I miss them as a trio whenever WuXin leaves.

No plan for season 2 of this drama since it will complete the novel by episode 40. There are plans for the prequel live adaptation. The donghua is The Young Brewmaster’s Adventure, and that's ongoing right now.

I'm conflicted with Xiao Se because he's so intelligent but super arrogant. Hardly even give respect to the elders. Why? Because he’s a prince? His RBF is on 98% of the time. LWJ is really an airhead. I do like the trio together though. Unfortunately, WuXin doesn’t stick around.

That might be the only thing they can criticize, but he’s also killing it as WuXin. It’s a complex character that takes an experienced actor to portray. Besides, WuXin and Xiao Se in the donghua don't look like teenagers or act their age. Xiao Se acts like a 40-year-old.

She kept He Na around even after she found out he liked her by giving her the Demon Queen tassel. Selfish. She even looked sad giving it back to him later on. Saying, “He Na, you should marry someone you love.” Like bish, shut up. You know he loves you and can't have you. You don't care much for him because everything is about Luo Ge. 🤪 I’m bitter for He Na. Lol.

I really enjoy Liu Xueyi as WuXin. Imo, he's the best actor among the main leads. He's a solid actor.

Funny how Lei Wujie, Qian Luo, and Tang Lian have known Xiao Se for almost a year, and none could figure out that Xiao Se is prince Xiao ChuHe. Many clues were thrown at them too. That information had to be said to them, and they were all surprised. Meanwhile, WuXin figured it out after like a day. Lol. Only WuXin understands Xiao Se. Their like-minded and the most intelligent among their peers.
