I'm waiting for iQiyi to release Tiger and Crane. It should be a friendship drama similar to Blood of Youth.

Sure, there may be some legit people who didn't like this drama but I have seen some toxic people talk down on it but never watched the drama. It's all very silly but whatever.

You would be surprised what the crazies would do if they only want their idols or dramas to do well and not others. I am waiting for all of the danmei dramas, but I don't condone the toxic stuff some people do.

It's bc of the haters who are upset that this aired and not the real danmei dramas. Lol.

Questions for novel readers. Liu Xueyi plays the “Royal uncle” in this drama. Is that the same main character for the novel Imperial Uncle, written by the same author? That novel is a shounen ai novel. Both novels shared universe.

I love Mowen. He’s such a charming and faithful friend. The ride or die for Lan Jue. Their chemistry is very good too.

Aww, Zhang Ping made Lan Jue zongzi but Chen Chou ate it all. The disappointment on Lan Jue's face was so obvious. They’re all so cute 🤭

Oh I understand that and I do agree that food shouldn’t be in the bathroom. That is wasteful. But it is offputting to some to eat jujube that has been sitting next to the toilet for some time.

Yes!!!! Lol. Zhang Ping is so crazy to use it for porridge. He seriously didn't see a problem with it bc he thinks food doesn't belong in the bathroom but in our belly. He ate it too and see no issue with it. Poor Lan Jue. 😂

It's from episode 5. Zhang Ping thought it was wasteful to keep jujube-dried fruits in the bathroom, so he took them out and cooked them in porridge. At first, Lan Jue thought the porridge was tasty until he asked where the jujube came from. That’s when he was disgusted and Zhang Ping said he ate it just fine. You just have to watch that scene. To Zhang Ping, it's food and shouldn't be wasted. He forgets Lan Jue is a wealthy official. 😅

Omg, the porridge jujube. Zhang Ping didn't understand why Lan Jue spits it out. This drama has some funny moments. 😂

This drama is also now on Viki. I'm really enjoying this suspenseful crime-solving drama. The little bromance/brotherhood is nice. The chemistry between the leads is good too. 😃

Bc he's a noodle stall guy? Lol. But I do agree that his hair could have been better.

Interesting how the two leads met and were at odds with each other. Also, Chen Chou is such a good guy. I love his character. I'm enjoying this drama so far. 🥰
