I took alook at your ptw list and I absolutely recommend Bridal Mask! It is awesome! Also, I deally enjoyed Tree of Heaven, too. :)

The first drama I watched was Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon because I am a huge Sailor Moon fan. It wasn't until I watched 1 Litre of Tears, though, that I became hooked. :p

@Stasiamae: I heard it ended where it did to follow the manga since the author died before it was completed. It ended at the ending point of the manga. The anime was a little different in that a special ending was included. I don't want to spoil it for others but I'll just say that it had more closure. :P
