I agree with your point. Unfortunately, a lot of men try to heal their wounds by jumping straight into another relationship instead of actually processing what happened. It can look like they’ve moved on, when in reality they may just be avoiding the pain and carrying the same unresolved issues into the next relationship.

Wow, this is almost exactly what my best friend always says. You managed to put it into one painfully realistic sentence. Sometimes the person who inspires the growth isn’t the one who gets to benefit from it, and that truth hits a little too deep.

Can you PLEASE use a spoiler tag?! 😭 You didn’t just spoil one scene, you basically marched in, ripped the curtain off the entire plot, and handed us the ending before we even got there. My blood is boiling.

Ep18 was basically Luce vs. every man who has ever breathed near Flora 🤣. I came straight back to this comment section for the tea because that level of jealousy deserves a public inquiry.

Only Ruan Si Xian knows. Zheng You An has no idea that Ruan Si Xian is actually her stepmother’s daughter, so she doesn’t know the full connection between them yet.

They’re not half-sisters. Liu Xie Ning literally said, “I’m just so jealous of Zheng You An. They aren’t even related by blood, but they can be together every day.” Then, after that scene, Fu Ming Yu’s assistant investigated the Zheng family and found out that Mr. Zheng’s first wife passed away from illness shortly after giving birth to Zheng You An. So from what the drama has shown so far, they’re definitely not biologically related.

It’s good, but I can definitely tell you it doesn’t have that same spicy little punch as The Early Spring. This one is more “sit back and enjoy the ride,” while The Early Spring had me sitting forward like the drama personally owed me answers. 😂

She was mistreated by most of these people when she was a flight attendant, so honestly, I support the attitude upgrade. Now that she’s a pilot, she’s clearly not interested in smiling politely at people who never showed her the same respect. She’s just returning the energy with interest.

Oh, absolutely, he has looked out for her before. I just think this is a completely different stage of it. Going to find her in the forest was a protective instinct, but here he’s actively investigating, making decisions with her in mind, controlling his reactions, and actually behaving like a partner. We definitely need to separate “he cares about her” from “he is finally acting like boyfriend material.”

Luce finally got his sh*t together in episode 14 and proved that, buried somewhere under all that chaos, there actually is boyfriend material in there. He investigated, he took action, he fought back for Flora’s sake, and most impressively, he finally learned how to control his mouth. Character development has officially entered the building.

I know. I meant more than that, considering how good he is, his list of leading roles still feels surprisingly short. He deserves to be carrying way more projects, not just occasionally reminding us how good he is.

Unfortunately, it seems like most people rated the drama before they had even finished watching it.

I remember Ryu Jun Yeol from Reply 1988 and while I genuinely loved most of the cast’s performances there, watching him in Mousetrap really confirmed something for me! He absolutely deserves more male lead roles. There’s a depth and naturalness to his acting that makes even the smallest moments feel convincing and I’d love to see him given more opportunities to carry a story as the main lead.

Wow, I did NOT expect Bo Na’s sister-in-law to get this kind of character development but I’m absolutely here for it. The ending of episode 10 had me way more entertained than I expected because of her. She really said, “Plot twist, I have layers.” 😂👏

The Russian "friend’s" outfits are dangerously hot. At this point, he’s not just entering scenes; he’s conducting a fashion attack. 🔥😂
