It sould have packed and trimmed ino been 8 eps in total...

no one really cares about bts here, at least not as much as you might think, remove the review. this is not a review for the drama.

I can say this much about the BTS thing.
I think it was unnecessary since literally everyone in the Korean entertainment industry know the name, and only connect it with V. There are like 100 people working on the drama and someone should have pointed out that it maybe wasn't the best name choice. They could easily have guessed it would upset millions of people, and still went for it. Don't side with MBC just because you dislike the controversy or the toxic BTS fans.
Yes, the crazy overreaction from the fans is stupid, just like it was a stupid thing to do. Period. Just unnecessary.

The theme is suicide and it's not related mental health/depression? Come on man.

Say that to people who have had family members killed by drunk drivers.

What about all other people who commit their lives then for seemingly no reason? Who have 99% negativity without any tragic past or trauma?

Child rapist and pedophile? Didn't he just have sex with an 18 year old woman that he worked with at the time?

Now you are not replying to me. But why did they spend hours on the other characters in the drama then? The last ep was simply terrible and rushed, sorry.

Its one of the worst korean dramas I've ever watched. The writing and directing is like a 2/10.

The twists in Sound of Magic surprised me more than actual thriller/mystery dramas O_o

I am almost using the same words as someone else at this point... But that Yi Jin would take the job which means moving to the us for a long time, without talking about it with he do first, is not believable - simply forced and poor writing.

Does this drama have heartwarming moments?

This drama is becoming a favorite of the year for me - but I have to say that the quality of the eps isn't that consistent. For example the first couple of eps are just "okay" and not that touching, then the feels hit you like a truck in ep 5 and 6. After that they go back to "not being so touching/exciting" in the following 3 eps (7,8,9). (BTW am I the only one who thought ep9 felt forced with the suicidal dog? I almost cringed a bit tbh...). THEN in ep 10 they hit you with the truck again and you end up crying another river. So its pretty up and down.

What are your thoughts & favorite eps so far?
