Some people think it's a little bit cliché or found it a little bit boring, but it's just the beginning so we'll…
Ok, I watched 6 episodes. I don't mind the clichés actually. The flirt (they haven't started dating) is cute and a lot of characters with great visuals. But the business part is super boring tbh and it seems this is prominent to the plot. Idk... I will try 2 more episodes tomorrow, if I'm still bored I will drop it.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lMluPi_GxZgWhy was the SML changed?
That is a mock trailer made to promote the drama in last year's GMMTV announcement, possibly before they actually filmed the drama. Sometimes they changed the actors, maybe because of a scheduling conflict. Who knows...
Recently a lot of mainstream actors are acting in short dramas. Since it is a short drama the filming time is…
Hahaha... don't tell me the name of the drama or I will go find it!
I am actually no longer affected by the lack of resources in low-budget dramas (bad costume/makeup, props, sets, other technicalities), cos what I look for in dramas are the plot and the characterization, and if they hook me enough to keep watching them till the end. Mainstream Cdramas are famous for watering down their plot so they become draggy and make us bored. I'm usually suspicious of 30+ episodes in modern Cdramas or two parts in historical/costume Cdramas, whether they have famous/popular actors or not. Most of the time I end up dropping them or avoiding the drama entirely.
Not really. I just found out in Ep 7 Chen Mo Bai is 24. As for Shen Xi, she holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering but the current company she works at is her first one. If after 4 years of university she was 22, generally Master's Degree Program is 2 years and PhD is 1 year. Since she's a genius, I assume she didn't slack off studying. So my rough calculation Shen Xi is about 25-26.
You think he likes Min Young? It's probably his dream to be Min Young's bf, lol.
It seems like he's kinda shows remorse of what happened to Min Young, but being a secret chef pays him lots of money. So probably he cannot stop those people who forced cookies into Min Young. They don't know he's the chef, right?
I haven't watched this but saw it listed on HiTV, I was surprised that 8 episodes were out already and there was…
There is something wrong with the episode count. Here on MDL it's 10 episodes @ 1 hour each. I watched 8 episodes and they're all around 30 minutes. So it seems it should be 20 episodes @ 30 min? Cos by Ep 8 FL is just started her hardcore mission to investigate the cookies. There is no way the plot will wrap up in 2 more episodes if it's only 10 total @ 30 min.
what the f*ck was that scene where there were like 6 men and 1 woman and he just forced booze down her throat…
RJ is gay and his partner was also in that room. The third guy, not sure if he's also gay or not, was completely wasted from drugs. Queen knew they wouldn't rape her, she hired (or more likely manipulated them) to molest Phaphaeng so she could videotape the scene, and also as revenge because Athens likes Phaphaeng and rejected Queen. She is indeed the queen of blackmailing. But I agree it was a sexual assault no matter what, because Phaphaeng was drugged to the point she couldn't remember anything.
So I watched it raw version up to the latest ep (Ep 12), and we still don't know what exactly happened to Queen, lol. Looking forward to the finale next week. This drama is well-crafted to hide the true killer (or if it's suicide or accident) by throwing at the viewers a lot of suspects with their own motivations to kill.
Nope, actually the story is getting interesting and darker. Especially when more bad things happen and FL Choi Soo Young starts her mission to dig deeper into the cookies and save her sister. Just wait for decent subs to enjoy it.
