It makes sense. I actually likes short-length series better than mainstream dramas, cos the plot is straight to-the-point. I feel mainstream dramas with 24-40 episodes times 45 minutes each can be full with filler characters and subplots we don't care about. Unlike mainstream dramas, short-length series are not heavily censored, thus the plots and acting can be daring.

I have never seen the leading actor Li Zhuo Yang before, but he looks like C-actor Yuan Hao from The Romance of Hua Rong sans the thick eyebrows.

If you like noir/dark comedy yeah. The plot is super simple, but the acting is excellent.

The rating is low before people got mad on MDL cos the drama is not subbed or with machine sub. It's properly sub now.

It's funny... people said it's slow but imo Ep 1 only set up the background of the leading characters as well as the key supporting characters.
