Wow... you basically watched all the licensed versions! I watch the KR, JP, and CN and couldn't watch TW cos it's too outdated imo. Although when I watched the CN one, I watched the some scenes of TW version cos people compared the CN and TW versions, especially the kissing scenes, haha

The romance part is not happening yet in my opinion, so not too much to tell but giving out a spoiler to readers who never watched HYD that ML falls for FL at the first kick, haha. Episode 4 is their first date, but Gorya strongly refuses that to be called a date since Thyme basically forced her to go with him. That's why I wrote is with parenthesis 'date'. But for us it is a date, alright, they spent hell of long hours together.
Why is not happening, because on Episode 4 Gorya hasn't liked Thyme yet. She just come to see him because she's afraid for his wrath and her phone is dead. What's happening is more like mutual knowledge. understanding, and empathy from both sides that they just found, probably like the beginning of a friendship.

Right, the childhood story is a very surprising one, cos if I'm not mistaken, in other versions their childhood are told very late in the drama.

Yeah, that's why I didn't write about the romance at all, cos I noticed there are a lot of life lessons put into this one, either straight advices or subtly. I mean, if it's just romance, it won't be different from other romcoms, do you think?
