Hello I just read your review. I have 2 questions: 1. Do I need to watch those 2 prequels Gatao and Gatao 2: Rise of the King to understand this movie? 2. How is the ending? You wrote you avoid mob stories because of the sad endings, and later you wrote this movie ending broke your heart. Please give me a spoiler. Thank you!
I love your article. It's unique and artistic. Unfortunately movie (and drama) marketers tend to release main posters that show "all the characters piled up together" (borrowing your words) to attract people to watch them after seeing the famous so and so in the poster. It's purely profit-oriented. The more characters in the posters the more viewers, I guess. So thank you for digging out the creative and intriguing alternative posters for us to see. Looking forward to read your future articles presenting other country's movie posters. Are you going to cover drama posters as well?
I'm surprised it's not finished yet, cos usually Cdramas finish fast cos they drop several episodes in one setting. So did you finish this drama? (Mysterious Love) How is it?
no I mean the first ML Tsao Yu Ning, commenters said he looks like Lee Min Ki, etc. I only managed to watched HYT in My Roommate and Handsome Siblings. Tried others Go Go Squid 2, Unrequited Love, You Complete Me, and A Love So Beautiful ended up dropped them all. Will try again with Youth Should be Early. Did you watch it?
I know right! Nobody sees the same similarity as I did, you're the first one! People wrote the ML looks like Lee Min Ki, and other Korean actors but since I rarely watched kdramas I don't remember if they look alike or not, lol
Never. That maid was raped by another person. She then is hired by the villain to ruin his family/business by posing she is his mistress. He was knocked off drunk. So he woke up with her in bed. He knew the truth after he is in coma being shot and his spirit wanders so he hears people's schemes. Mind you, I don't understand Thai (I read the Thairath recap), but I cried when he was trying to tell his wife who wants to divorce him but he couldn't even touch her cos he is a spirit. It's so heartbreaking!
I didn't read the novel thoroughly since leisure time is a luxury to me, lol. As far as I know there is no English…
I put as a spoiler. Let me know when you're done reading it. The drama adaptation is not 100% based on the novel. The military setting is changed or the drama would've never passed censorship.
A well written article and thanks to it I finished watching this drama last weekend and loved it….btw did you…

Yes, I read the news in MDL as well, and in the drama's page his name is already put as the ML, lol. If he will be in that drama, that means won't be in TUC 2?
I thought I saw Kim Da Mi (Korean actress)... lol, that actress Jiang Yuan in the poster looks like her. Thanks for the article cos I haven't watched it yet, as usual you are objectively point out the negative and the positive features. Based on your article, I think I will just watch the main couple's romance and skip everything else, lol. Also, that little actor is young Fang Xian in Joy of Life and young Tang San in Douluo Continent. He is really a talented child actor.
