And yes, MR will find out that Hyeon Jae is inquiring info about her. In the preview MR was told a lawyer also came to ask questions. Things will move pretty quick bc MR is going to be pressured on both sides. I wonder what story she's going to concoct this time?

All thks to MR's pep talk - a form of gaslighting I guess. She convinced HR that the only way to win SJ was to assert her position as Cheongma's heiress - likewise she told SJ that the only way he could get to the top of Cheongma would be through HR. Ofc, SJ chose HR's path. I don't think any one here is surprised. But he's going to regret it badly.

I think Jeong Seon will wise up pretty quickly - and ES will be there to support her all the way.

SJ is pursuing a bad plan. He uses HR's obsession with him to gain power & position. He's no different from her - he wants to marry a trophy wife. And all this without a clue about what happened to his dad. I m sure he will concede after MR's pep talk. She did the same with ES - and she immediately withdrew from SJ.

I believe he still loves his wife but he needs MR by his side to accomplish his agenda & to spy on Jeong Seon. Maybe he's baiting her with all the talk. MR is not stupid. He better not bite more than he can chew on.
Jeong Seon has to do more than merely being suspicious. She needs to wake up & catch on quicker to what's happening right under her nose.

Jeong Seon has been living a very complacent life - until Yeong Hun & her start to be at loggerheads. Then she caught them "touching hands"...and then her friend reported that her hubby & Miran had an" intimate" dinner together. Only then she warned Miran not to spend time alone with her hubby. Poodle eyes has been going in & out of the CEO's study during the night - offering liquor, snacks, soothing words - usually wearing something sexy. This has been happening under Jeong Seon's nose - consequences of stupidity indeed!

SJ should know better. He's aware that HR is volatile. And he has never quite been at ease with MR. So hearing them talk about putting his mom in some mental institution etc. should raise his hackles. We will see whether blood is thicker than ambition. The CEO's involvement with his dad could just be the final straw for SJ.

If SJ wants to marry into HR's family, "keeping up appearances" is all part and parcel of his duty. He's willing to stoop so low to marry HR even though he doesn't love her and the CEO disapproves of him. And then he wants to be his own person - thinking he can control the Chihuahua. Isn't that a bit presumptuous? Hey boy, you cannot have the cake & eat it - you have officially signed up to be HR's "trophy husband". Deal with it or end it.

I agree... and isn't she looking great by each episode? The "tender scenes" with the CEO - how she looked at him those round poodle eyes....😍 Oh my, no wonder he's drawn to her. Such a good actress.

Just my opinion:) If you have been wondering (like many), when is GR going to accept MJ's love wholeheartedly - I have this theory (but I m sure I m not the only one)😅 - if it turns out Gyeol is actually their child and the barrier holding her back will be lifted, the whole dynamic shifts. Right now, GR's heavy hesitation stems from feeling inadequate - like she comes with "baggage". She feels undeserving of MJ's clean slate and devotion. If Gyeol is their son, she has the leverage to stand equally - and against her critics...and be vindicated on so many levels (finally SH can SHUT her mouth).
I cannot accept the writer being this mean to GR's character right to the end - she needs a good rewrite to compensate the broken years. It would be a gift from heaven. 🤞

It's true - many obstacles ahead. GR is terrified of happiness - bc she's has been conditioned to think it will lead to disappointment. Like somebody will get hurt if they restart their union. Trauma of some sort - that she couldn't see the perfect, supportive, husband material in front of her. What a waste!🙄

I think she meant "anyone/someone" in a general sense. She's afraid to restart what they had bc of previous obstacles. Essentially, she's just afraid to be happy.

Oh, MJ is such a good man 😍. GR needs to believe that she deserves him. As you say, 50 eps - we can look forward more push & pull.
