i can not believe this series ended with another noodle ad, the ridiculousness of it all. I will say the series changed 98% of the novel and that idea was absolutely the best but the execution fell short. The cafe crew was there for nothing, remove them and nobody would notice. Nene's whole revenge plan became nonsensical the moment she got know that khem's legitimate children were victims just like she was and she still kept pushing to hurt them, like girl think of other ways to destroy that man instead of destroying his children as well. Grandma having cancer at the final episodes, why??? 4 years time jump and we dont get to see what Rak's profession is. Kawi and his mom are still at the family's hospital? who knows not us the audience. 10/10 for EmiBonnie's chemistry, they were really cute together i was sold right away. In my opinion from gmmtv's gl couples they have the best chemistry. The cinematography was beautiful, the ost was really pleasing, but the story could've gone way better with the changes they made.
Really enjoyed it, it got me hooked from the get go. Loved the mistery, i couldnt guess who the murderer was. The only thing the i was certain from the begining was that Ohm was raping girls from the family.
Why there is so much of them speaking english in the middle of the sentences? Besides Dalah who had reason given her western roots, all the others seemed kind of ridiculous dropping english words here and there. I hope that this necessity of speaking english as a means to show status doesnt become a thing in thai dramas like it is in kdramas.

I actually think the reason behind the divorce is very plausible and real, some people only come to realize they are not cut to be parents or dont want to be one when they actually have a child. It seems to be the case in this drama she got married had a child and found out that that kind of life isnt for her and she bolted.
Here is what i understood: 1. movie begins with Kath in 2024 going back to thailand to sell her father's house and participate in a diving competition. There we see some films of her and Lin when they were younger in 2004. 2. 2004 there was the universe Kath's dad died and both her and her mom went to New York where she grew up to be the Kath we saw in the begining of the movie and Lin grew up to be the astronaut Kath was seeing on tv. 3. 2004 also has a universe where Kath died during the competition. 4. we have the wig universe which is also 2004 if im not mistaken and in this one Lin is the who dies in the tsunami. 5. and finally the war universe. All these universes Kath goes to them when she returns to thailand and goes to the competition, the "portal" to them opened while Lin's space mission was being affected by that heat wave. The final scene in New York is Kath already back there after solving things in thailand and Lin after returning safely from her mission. The old Lin that appears and saves both Lin and Kath i couldnt place her in a universe, but if i were to guess she would be the Lin from 2004 who wacthed Kath die.
What was that with May's dad? With Oom we saw her development but the dad was absolutely nonsensical. Earn Ciize shippers finally got what they wanted, although just like May's dad change of heart the romancee between these two came out of nowhere as well. Pim and Jan would make sense since we saw them together more than once. Finally they decided to bring Ai writing a novel in the last two episodes they sure took their time to remember that. Namtan and Film chemistry and acting were really good 10/10 for them.
What even was that?? I love a good melodrama and this was not it. 99% of the characters are insufferable. I could not root for the romance AT ALL.
1. the male lead is absolutely horrible, he is agressive all the time reaching a point he hit the female lead. He gaslighted her throught out the entire series, she said no to many things and all he cared about was what he wanted so he never listened to her, she didnt want to be touched and yet he kept forcing himself on her. That kiss when she was sleeping was bad given he was "her brohter" at that moment, and it gets worse when she tells him to piss off and he forcebly kisses her because again that's what he wants. He is arrogant fulltime. He uses the fact he was abandoned to keep being a complete trash to others. He was trash to his best firend's family, with every woman he slept with, with his deceased friend and the list goes on.
2. Hee Sun another annoying character using the death of her sister as an excuse to keep tabs on the ML, when all the while all she wanted was to be his woman. She got jealous of every woman the ML got close to. To keep him alive she couldnt care less about how she decieved and mistreated others. Unbearable.
3. Jin Sung his loyalty to Oh Soo is so absurd, the guy stole from his family leaving them in trouble but Jin Sung is up his ass all the time. Not to mention that he explodes all the time. He hates Young because she doesnt follow their plan to give money right away just because Oh Soo is her brother. Like get a grip.
4. Secretary Wang is a whole time bitch, she blinded Young out pure selfishness and walks like all she does is out of a good heart.
5. Young we can understand her loneliness and her traumas but god is illogical how she plays tricks all the time to make her borther keep her company. Also for a blind person i thought her senses would be more accurate and she would right away get that Oh Soo was not her real brother given that she had already encoutered him before. I think the wirter has double personality because at a moment Young says she cant forgive the Ml and a second later she's asking him to meet like...
Honeslty none of the characters who tried to take advantage of the FL deserved forgiveness. Secretary Wang and Oh Soo should be in jail and far away from the FL. She should find meaning in her life withouth so much leaches who betrayed her on her back. The romance was absolutely disgusting, everything about it was just weird. Also unforgivable how the three friends all took advantage of the real Oh Soo's memory and life and gave zero fucks about what their doing, to the point i believed they didnt care about him at all ever with how easy they tarnished his memories.

Yeah the novel is basic, never once i said it was a masterpiece. But imo the novel laid out good plots and i was sure the series would improve all of them and fill out what was lacking and change what was nonsensical. They managed to give depth to Aioon/Oboom relationship, in the series we see why their relationship is strained, they tried to do the same with May and her father but butchered her professional side with her father being involved in winning the case, Pang and Aioon in the novel had a really nice friendship and the series made it almost non existent and in one of the beautiful moments Ai had with Pang in the novel the series made it basic. For me the really good changes they did so far were about Aioon/Obomm/grandmother and the whole bringing awareness to the problems blind people face in society

i like the whole family dynamics it's where the drama succeeds the most, Sanha and Juwon is a no no for me, i see where he started liking her but i dont see at all Juwon always having feelings for him, this romance is just not enchanting to me. Dal and Haejun is where i really see the sparks flying. They should've just focused on the family drama and let it go of the FL and ML romance.
What TF is the purpose of making international audiences wait 3 weeks to see a final episode that is fully ready…

i just watched the workpoint version and it was so beautiful and heartwarming, i cant wait for the uncut version on dec 1st. I enjoyed this series so much, it was such a beautiful journey.
im enjoying the series but i cant help being a little disappointed with how they changed things, some are good and some are completely unecessary. The preview to the next episode is like a whole new thing that i havvee no clue about.

but in the novel Anil only took a while to go back to Pin because a storm hit Hua Hin delaying her arrival, and as soon as she got to the palace she went to see Pin and things happened pretty much the same as the series. Now about Alisa this bitch got away with her inaction throughout everything both in the novel and in the series. Not even gonna mention Padmika because in the novel she never apologized to the one person she should have, the one change i wish the series would do is making her apologize to Pin for causing so much harm.
I dont know how the talk with his highness will go, but im excited for Pin talking to him fghting for herself and Anin

In the series they changed her to be butthurt since the begining, she didnt show any kind of support so far. 2. May took the case because she was really good at her job and because the driver was the son of the owner of the place she worked at. She went and won the case without a personal reason behind it. Like you said there is a context for May's ex showing up, the series just threw her there. And since the first time she showed in the novel, Ai and May are already really close. I think it's a pity the series didnt follow something that was so sweet between them, like Ai describing the night sky to May in the first day they met. I think it was one of the things that made May's heart skip a beat because she saw how good of a person Ai still was. Them walking in the grass barefoot and Ai saying she was gonna be May's eyes. Moments like that that up until now we dont have in the series.
