I have some criticism regarding today's episode. This isn't the first time we have seen Chi Cheng be forceful with WSW but forcefully having sex with him in the clinic was not what I expected. Especially since it is clear that WSW was nervous for the first time and then he was in pain afterwards. The show could have used this as a teaching moment on how to be gentle. On top of that WSW learning he was manipulated into it. He should have actually been angry about all this and not just pretending to be angry.
WSW has also lied to CC but it doesn't seem to compare.
There was another scene early on in the drama where CC leaves some guy to be raped by his men. Of course, they don't say rape but they wanted to have fun with him and the man was begging CC not to. Just before leaving he instructs his man not to let them kill the guy. Unless there is serious problems with the subtitles, this is quite problematic.
I'm not sure why such choices were made for this character but it's making him come across like a very problematic person despite them showing him to be extremely caring in other ways.
I am wondering why people thought there would be an NC scene in this episode. Considering it's China, the scenes are already quite bold. I don't think it needs one either. Just want to know where this rumour came from?

I know you're not seriously advocating for that site but genuinely as a PSA no one should use PH as they upload nonconsensual videos, revenge porn, minor videos, etc and refuse to take them down at the request of the people in the videos. So please avoid it like the plague.
I was watching the BTS scenes and it seems like there is a lot of background noise and movement while they are shooting. Do they rely heavily on post, removing all the noise, and voice-overs doing the dialogues more clearly?
It's pretty cool to see the raw BTS scenes and how so many intimate scenes were filmed. I don't know of any other show that released so many BTS scenes. So glad they shared them with us! Love their friendly vibe. ❤️

I haven't seen as many het cdramas as I have kdramas but I have always found the relationship development to be more flirting and romancing than attraction. Though there is nothing wrong with that, it just ignores that aspect of all romantic relationships. Even if they do show it, it is brief, often labelled as a mistake and there is a mandatory breakup or misunderstanding. Anything to avoid showing those scenes more than once. If anything I have seen BLs explore more when they get the freedom to. Kinda makes me envious of BL fans. 😅
