Sorry but Toey is acting like a two year old. His crying attack was too much for my taste, I didn't enjoy ep 7…
I actually LIKE that they’re not in focus. If they were, there might be drama. I don’t wanna risk it. They seem adorably almost opposites. Let’s have them be the stable relationship.
I’m scared to watch because….this female lead….Zhou Yu Tong….i fall for her every time. I don’t wanna be stuck on her beauty. It’s too powerful…She always gets me.
Now listen, I know you wanna show why we should avoid people like YES, but c’mon! A black car with the driver?! What’s wrong with a driverless white truck of doom? It’s a classic!!! Last minute accidents are White Truck’s job.
Some of these comments seem to indicate that people forget they’re watching a romcom k-drama centred around family and corporate drama. Predictability is part of the game. We know there are tropes to anticipate/ dread. It’s not what happens, it’s HOW it happens.
He literally had days to think but only gave her less than 5 mins to understand and process. That's why I hate…
Clearly you are as you've accused me. ShaoYao is sheltered and naive. She believes everyone is careful around her for good reason, but even she has told her brother that she's not mentally ill. Even grandpa Hua recognised it. Nothing about her behaviour has proven that she has any significant mental issues. She has had no reason nor opportunity to mature because she had been locked up since her mum passed/ while her brother was gone. However, if she DID have mental problems, then (as I'd said), leaving her and not pushing was the noble, gallant and respectable thing to do. Regardless of all that, Shen Huan is a person (character) with feelings, too. She did not reject him, what she did (unknowingly) was worse. He was not unkind to her and he did not simply disappear without explanation. He was not fickle, he was sincere.

Her reaction was that of someone who saw him only as a playmate. His family was being forceful about his marriage. Theyeven revealed that their safety depended on it. We all love ShaoYao, but that one was on her. She seemed too naïve (child-like) and he had to let her go. His desires were obviously more mature. A lesser, more dangerous person wouldn’t have left her…
