My favorites were the Zhang Yun Tao and the Zeng Hui versions
Just finished watching. I've to admit, this version is Chef's kiss 🤌 There's no unnecessary drama or too much bullying of FL. Plus ML's character is definitely well executed (someone who have loved her for so many years shouldn't always have sharp words to the person they love)
Personally, I find the FL character is weak, more or less like a doormat. For almost 60% of screen time, she is getting bullied and needs ML to save her. She can't stand up for herself. Like, if she knows, those two troublemakers keep framing her, why not use the phone in your hand to record the scene? Or else use a pen camera or any other device.
This version is slightly more lengthy and their relationship keeps moving in a circle.
Out of curiosity and small of length of novel, I started reading it and HELP! I am punching the pillows. The mdl and novel description feels unfair to Qin Nan. His admiration and sacrifice had me in tears. He may not be flawless but his character is gem! And the biggest hit to me was made by the friend.
I was waiting for this for months and it turned out to be a tragedy. Like WTF! I was so excited to see Yuxi in this role after watching Intense Love 🥲
I love how Lin confessed at EP 6 and not 16 (like the usual stereotype) plus they start dating quite early on. Their chemistry is refreshing, diabetic and heartwarming!
I am usually not into school romcoms featuring cute girl × introvert intelligent boy stereotype plot but 'When I Fly Towards You' is definitely one of the best one out there. I didn't feel bored or annoyed at all! There is no stupidity.
Just watched the trailer and remembered Yu Xi in 'Intense Love'. Ah! I'm so excited! I love dramas with a doctor leads and Yu Xi is my favourite actress
Shittiest plot, in they end, they said 'we are a family' to the murder. Actually, the grandpa knew all along the truth but he forgive his little daughter for killing 3 people and sent his grand-daughter away.
However, I love the main cp. I skipped scenes too often and just watched them. They have good chemistry but unfortunately poor communication is midway through the drama
