I’m so confused. The ending is so random, I thought it was behind-the-scenes clips. Now I have to watch it again so I can understand it. Their names were changed and that’s what threw me.

Doheo was violently physically & emotionally abused and belittled by his father for 19 years. His mother abandoned him with an abuser. Then students, including his friends, who were beaten by his father regularly bullied & beat him. He watched and pretended not to know his father was beating the person he loved. He went through so much hatred, betrayal, & trauma. Juyeong was an abused student for a semester. His trauma wasn’t as ingrained & deep. They both fear abandonment. There is a difference.

He hasn’t even started to know Dohoe again…hoping his brick wall comes down next week & he becomes vulnerable with Juyeong. That’s the only way they can move forward. Glad we have two more weeks with them! They saved the best (KBL) for last!
