Before song jong ki was one of my fav 3 actors with ji chang wook and kim soo hyun but with his performance in…
Agreed-I used to think he was overrated and I haven't watched DoTS yet, so Vincenzo was my introduction, but I was pleasantly surprised to be in the wrong! I am still surprised I like Vincenzo so much, tbh.
Them killing him mother further proves my point of how the villains in this drama aren't that smart compared to…
That is true, but it doesn't mean that for the upcoming episodes, not all logic has to be eliminated. Like I mentioned in some other comments, it could kind of be fixed if lets say, Babel kills off his mother instead of kidnapping her as leverage because they need to get Vincenzo in a tumultous state (I know all the comments are saying getting to him won't do them any good), and they know he's going to go for them. Because of this, Vincenzo's trap is to go to Han-Seok's house-I know there are like several loopholes here but they did leave security footage on (which is kind of silly, so lets say they did this on purpose because they don't care about the pawn who kills his mother), and he's going to get caught. However, based on a photo showing filming of Vincenzo today where the Geumga Plaza cast, Cha-Young, and Vincenzo standing in a line looking all cool, I suspect that won't happen. Either way, we'll get to see for ourselves what happens in the next episode. Actually, I'm not that logical, so I don't get too annoyed, but I did realized I didn't get as worried about Vincenzo after Han-Seok and Myung-Hee didn't get to him that much. I also think no matter what, the last 20 minutes of 16 was completely worth it and overtook my grievances and I know it could only be achieved with the current storyline. What do you think's going to happen? I do need someone to talk about the next few episodes, haha.
Hahah this made me laugh out loud. I was wondering if Han-Seo was going to give him poison but then I realized…
Haha I didn’t even notice! I mainly remember the Kopiko (chocolate, idk?) ad, maybe it’s because they didn’t give an in your face s camera shot of the pills?
We all know he won't kill anyone in that room but I hope he shoots at CMH's leg or something cause she's freakin…
Oh, I didn’t consider that, but that’s a great alternative! Doesn’t he say he keeps his enemies alive for a while first? Well then it will keep them in pain.
Although now I am more convinced that this is Babel’s sides’s plan-normally we see in shows and dramas that security footage will be deleted when the baddies take action-unless there really isn’t logic, Myung-Hee isn’t so stupid as to not take preventive measures since the man who killed Vincenzo’s mother is Justin puppet can be sacrificed anytime. Plus everyone knows Han-Seok has guns-they didn’t know how to kill him, and well now Vincenzo shows up at your doorstep voluntarily with a suspiciously not so strong bodyguard team guarding Babel’s most important people-I think it’s a slaughterhouse in disguise for Vincenzo, Han-Seo, and Seung-Hyuk. Also I never thought Myung-Hee would actually completely outsell/reveal Seung-Hyuk. -And Vincenzo’s gaze was fire
Don't know how to feel about a psychopath using the same vitamins as me lol
Hahah this made me laugh out loud. I was wondering if Han-Seo was going to give him poison but then I realized the pills had a clear brand name and was like, nope
Ngl the logic behind killing Vincenzo’s mother is very flawed to me. Like what? I thought they’d kidnap her…
Exactly! I knew she wasn’t going to survive but I thought they would ask for the Guillotine File in exchange and then also brutally murder his mom- that would reinstate Babel’s authority to the audience.
(Made a MDL account for the 16th ep after lurking for a while on MDL) - Loved the last 20 minutes of the 16th -I didn't notice it until I read comments a few days ago, but they're right: currently the villains aren't that scary, so I don't feel as huge of a thrill watching the episode - Wouldn't it be better to kidnap Vincenzo's mom instead of killing her to use her as blackmail and keep Vincenzo on edge? How come they've destroyed their biggest weapon against him? (He has the Guillotine File) - I thought his mother's death would be used as a distraction while they yet again bombed Geumga Plaza - I definitely also agreed that after 14th's development, Cha-Young and Vincenzo should have signs of awkwardness/reactions, but it seems almost like 14th was a fan extra. The small moments in 15th and 16th were nice (such as passing the flower), but it felt a bit off -Also agree with how Han-Seok should be a sociopath instead of a psychopath, and I think not labelling him actually gives more room to the story -Vincenzo's swept up hair definitely fits him- really excited to see what happens in the 17th - I wasn't so expectant after the 15th, but I am on edge now waiting for the next episode NOT hating, however, Vincenzo is awesome nevertheless, just small observations I made
Predictions: -Myung-Hee isn't going to die as she is the main antagonist (Han-Seok is the fun, great-to-hate one), and the story will lose its biggest threat if she dies -I would love it if the end was a ploy to catch Vincenzo, Han-Seo, the other lawyer (forgot his name, sorry) in one big bag altogether -On second thought-doesn't Babel want the Guillotine File? What if Vincenzo & co. had left it at Jipuragi - I hope Han-Seo gets to shine soon, I wonder if he actually has any plan in my mind as so far he's acting dumb, but maybe being obvious is his plan?
I love the comments from everyone too Hopefully this is going to keep me going until next week.
P.S. TIP: I plan to watch Yeo-Been's Night in Paradise on next week's supposed slot to take up Vincenzo- then we get a movie with Yeo-Been and a special episode, plus the movie is 2 hours+
Props to Kim Yeo-Jin's facial expressions and demeanor for making Choi Myung-Hee so detestable.
Either way, we'll get to see for ourselves what happens in the next episode.

Good point
Gosh my keyboard is responding ten seconds slower than my typing, don’t know what’s up
