There is no defending in this. This drama is what it's premise said - a dark demon drama. There is no sugarcoating this kind of creature - demons are bad and will forever remain as bad ones. I believe, and this is purely my personal opinion, if you are a true Christian believer, you should be avoiding watching this. I am not a Christian, but I did ask my very very religious colleague and explained her the plot of this drama and she literally did cross on herself and put holy water on her pulse wrist points. Someone below said that this is not a blasphemy where I have to disagree. Romantic relation between a Christian demon/devil with a human is indirect mocking of the Christian God - and this drama is going to portrait just that.
Just by the premise Christians should be kinda avoiding this IF of course, they are true to their religion and don't just follow it, 'cause of others (like it happens from where I come from).

If this drama was more romance driven, I would have enjoyed it more. I honestly didn't care about the rest of the drama, and only waited for the romantic scenes, which wasn't much, but it was something. It felt rushed at the end (the romance part) and the ending obviously was super open, but I wasn't like ''Yes, I can't wait for what's gonna happen'' it was like ''Damn, I don't wanna continue anymore'' type of whining.
Other characters from Season group were boring, so I mostly skipped them and the whole big drama was boring as well? And when I get bored with the dramatic plot which drives throughout whole series, I at least demand good romance, but it was well....meh. I would have loved more hate/love scenes.

I am sorry, but having romantic relations with a demon is not a blasphemy? It is an indirect insult to the Christian God. Also a human can become a demon, so your theory that the lead is a nephilim doesn't have any base - at least the series did not touch on that subject.
