J100 I can barely understand what u are saying, but I got a vague idea what u are saying and lemme say : u are RUDE as hell! Are u saying that I am a thief? As I said who the F are u for telling someone they can afford things! WHO THE F ARE U! As someone who knows how Viki works and their dirty laundry I have all the right to sprinkle some tea and NOT support them. And honey, this drama is on MULTIPLE legal sites! I am contributing to community with subs but u? How? U are just rude, rude and again rude with your judgment that u think is right.

Having fans to sub is not a bad idea, BUT Viki is doing sth which I do not support ( and I am an ex channel manager and subber from there). They do NOT test their subbers so basically the team can be full of barely speaking members, thus resulting in bad subs. When I was a manager and asked them to complete a simple entrance language test, I was shooed away by a supervisor. That's when I left and became a solo subber and I do not have any regrets.

So yeah, go ahead and have fans subbing it BUT give them an entrance exam if they are really good at the language they wanna sub to/from.

Nope, it's also airing in Japan on their own platform AND on WeTv, so basically 3 platforms. And support is amazing, I am all for it, but saying things like J100 is a very selfish thing. I mean, how can u judge people so easily? I mean, u or them cannot know what other people are going through financially. As I said, I am happy to pay for my uni bills and other bills. Honestly, I know u mean well, but when someone asks for links can't u simply give them both choices? Free and paid option? Also, keep in mind that Viki is not allowed in every country in the world even with subscription.

J100 pls, be so kind enough and do not talk on behalf of other people who work their ass of to pay for their university and books where one book costs 200 dollars. If I have to choose between education and dramas my money will go to my education. And WHY should I pay for Viki when I am B2 level in Korean so I can understand it + the subs are shitty so u guys who are paying are paying for very cheap thing. Back than I had Dramafever and supported them with all my might, but supporting Viki when they can't even translate basic sentences????

I did the two eps only as a test to see how fast I am compared to Viki. I have state exams in like 20 days so I really got no extra time beside cramming =/

Yes, I agree that some words can be interpreted in many ways, but Gook never in his speech said the word seduce/arouse. As someone who studies Korean for years I can vouch for that. Also the ending monologue of EP4? He said that a shadow should be around 24/7 and not the sentence Viki has used. Even the word "cast" should be gibs. In poetic sentences I know that the sentence should be modified to be understood and use similiar context as the original, but these sentences are not poetic and are easily translated. For fun I tried to translate 2 eps with timing and it took me 2 hours unlike Viki that takes 2 days and still gives me faulty subtitles. I may sound harsh, but seriously a LOT of people are paying for their service and it is not fair towards those people.

Lemme just say the subs are incorrect - the end.
And as a subber I feel so enraged that Viki does such a poor job and the other subber as well. As I said multiple times, if I had the time I would sub it for u, because the comment section is full of confusion caused by mainly poor translation.
