And here you go! ;-) That's exactly one of the reasons I'm be able to take those unjust parts of story lines. The viewers will react like us and build even more foundation in themselves against such evil doings and people.
And I'm always surprised how someone who suffers (here the sick villagers), doesn't grow a compassionate heart. Maybe that's one more reason I fell in love so deep with Zhao Yuan Zhou of Fangs of Fortune. He was one of so few ones who put himself in someone else's shoes.
And that's one reason I like Zhang Bei Cheng too. You can see his heart and compassion and perspective-taking for the brother of the healer, even when he is a murderer.

As the theme "dream" was always interwoven in the songs, the story and the title itself, I long awaited the twist that all of it was just a dream and after awakening they would be able and meet with the experiences and insights they'v won there.

There are only 3 Episodes left and I also hope for some justice for the bled to death healer woman. I think this drama is to short for its story. There could be still some closure for that part but not with so few time left. I hope there would be a second season in store for this. Zhang Bei Cheng is always so wordly-wise portrayed and seems to accept what he knows couldn't be changed. So I guess there will be no justice for her.

I'm the same. But once I watched episode 6 again. The scene where Wen Xiao asks Yuanzhou why he didn't tell her who he is. And he answers her with all his vulnerability that he wanted them to get to know each other again. That scene stroke my heartstrings so delicate. It's one of those I have to come back for to watch again and again. ❤️💔

Yes! For me it is in one line with Mysterious Lotus Casebook and The Blood of Youth. In all of them the friendship, which build over time was something that stayed with me. However Fangs of Fortune got me very, very attached because of the whole package. In my view it is the best Cdrama I ever watched.

I'm still here and will be for a long time. Always checking for my roommates in the camp at the demon hunting bureau!🤣 Can't watch Fangs of Fortune again, my heart is on strike. Watching small dramas like "Mountains", which I can recommend, and now even "The Land of Warriors", cause I'm that desperate to watch something. There's at least the theme of friendship between a group. And like Stellovet said, there is something about Fangs of Fortune that I rarely felt with any drama, that made me build a deep connection.
And my roommates here are just such a great gang!💕😄
