There is another movie about Time Raiders with Jing Boran and Lu Han i have watched some years ago. I liked it very much. Can somebody tell me whats the different between this two storys is? Both titels are from the Daomu Biji universe. Is the new drama a sequel or prequel to the Time Raider movie from 2006?
I dont understand why IU plays two roles as mother and daughter. I think it would be better if she plays only Aesun and another actres has playd her daughter. It look like mother and daughter are from one nature and i dont know why this is necessary. I like IU very much but for me this splitting in two persons would be better.
And also from my meaning the story is very concentrated on Aesun and her daughter. The brother Eum Myeong is only a backstage role without a deeper meaning. But the whole drama is very interesting and worth the time to spend with it.
For me The White Olive Tree tells an epic love story in a destroyed land of war. The drama remembers me on old hollywood movies from the 50th. The story of A-Zan and Ran ist beautiful told and heartwrenching. For a C-Drama its very realistic and ambitous. I bow my head for the whole Crew, the writer of the novel and the main leads. This drama is one of the best dramas about life in chinas seventies, eighties and nienties. You can follow the famalie Qiao the ups and downs in their life. Its beautiful written and every actor is really good. I likedเผit watching very much ๐งก
The western people in this film are so disgusting, stupid and emotionless depicted. Its sad that the koreans has this stereotyp picture from us ๐ฅฒ but the movie is really interresting and SJK is in his best form ๐บ
Has somebody here read the novel? I like to know how the end in the novel written is. I know that the endings in chinese dramas are short and not satisfying. But tender light is so good written that for me the rushed end makes no sence. So has anybody read this novel or has a link for the english translated novel?

He was apart from his mother when he was ten year old! And so he was this lonely hurt guy. Na bi is a similar type of person, she does not know how to express her feelings for Jae eon and both talk to less together about their feelings and their past. But both has a strong chemistry for another. This is a rare gift to meet someone where the chemistry is so strong like electricity.
