just ignore the hater....breaking thru 30,000 mean people loves it. Chinese netizen is NOT oscar reviewer, they all full of hatred and only using internet to vent their frustated live. Meanwhile the good audience, may not interested in giving review or douban rating. Dont miss this show its incredible....ignore Douban rating or Chinese Media comment (they may have hidden agenda, as being paid by other platform or other drama)

Whoever wrote this hater / anti article really needs to get in touch with reality... Guardians of the Dafeng was one of the most enjoyable shows I have watched all year and it really touched my heart and made me laugh. My Drama List should not carry such obviously biased "news" if one can even call it that
I honestly loved it, right because of the way in which it blends different atmospheres and moods in a very balanced way. And although the plot is pretty fast-paced, we can "read between the lines" and see how the characters evolved through their interactions, although it's not written and said directly... this drama was made to entertain viewers, and it does masterfully - it's not perfect obviously, but I can't wait for S2. :)

does everyone still get paid if they never release the drama? because I would be big mad if I were the sponsor who paid to produce the show and then never got my money back when it doesn't get released. you'd think they'd push for an international release at the very least to recoup some of the losses. although there's a lot of money laundering and such in the Chinese entertainment industry so the whole thing might have been a front to start with
