When you didn't see love coming

These are my types of BLs where the one guy didn't know he would be into guys and alas he must give in and fall in love. I can binge on those for days! The acting is great with this series. I love the chemistry between the main leads. I'm held in suspense right now because I still need to see the final 3 episodes. Haruto surprised me with his fighting skills. There was a tear jerker moment there for me when Ryo learned from the kids of his mistake. This will not be a disappointing watch. Japanese started the whole BL genre and I think they can reclaim the top spot. Some comments said this was immature and funny. I do not think so. Maybe if they said invasive, I would agree. Haruto was invasive.

Cutesy

I love the characters. So much potential for that amazing tension buildup but they didn't add enough episodes to get us there like they really could have. At least one more episode would have driven it home and maybe a little DNC. The actor that canceled or set up the meet up could have been used more. The girl who played the sister, it's like you understand her role but you don't. The managers easily played her role so she wasn't needed if you ask me. Main leads are absolute eye candy though but they should have given us more for the ending. But overall, it's a cute watch and Afuogi is hilarious! I love me some him!

WTF

Maybe the BL takes place in part 2? Cuz what the hell!!!! I'm mad they used BL to bait us to watch this😭. I binged watch this series waiting for the BL aspect only to find out it doesn't exist. How great this would have been if Qin Pei allowed all this abuse because he was a masochist who silently took this job to be closer to his crush or if Yuang changed because he started crushing on Qin? We'd be ok with the toxic.

I couldn't stand the step mom, nothing happened to her πŸ‘€. And the dad, really?? What a waste of great acting, great cinematography, gorgeous actors for this non BL rubbish. Very disappointed. It hurts because the development was there. Please do a part 2 to redeem this.

Cute

Watched both part 1 & 2. This would have been better as a first year university setting instead of high school. Love when the camera stays on Shino so I can admire his gorgeous features. He's such a beautiful man. Both actors are endearing. The ending of part 1 got you hooked while part 2 was lackluster for me and I still don't get why Shino ripped the movie ticket πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ

Kawaii

The comments almost made me skip over this one. It was actually cute. The boys were experimenting with their sexualities and identities. That's what most teenagers do in high school so I don't see why anybody was grossed out by any premise. Most BLs don't bring up fetishes like this cross dressing aspect so this was a good angle on this one.

The Ending Made Me Feel

I stumbled upon this on Daily Motion so I had no preconceived ideas of what this would be about. Sometimes that's a good thing because watching a trailer or reading reviews can make you pass up a good piece. This started off confusing from the start for me but the acting was good, camera was steady, images clear and no one sounded super exaggerated like in most Thai BL's I've watched. So I was like ok, let's watch for another 5 mins and give it a fair chance. I guess I'm sad because I don't know who wins in this. It's one of those movies where you get it but don't get it. The ending messed me up though. I had to run straight to the reviews to see if I was the only one disturbed, like nooo, give me an alternate ending please. But yeah, the ending could have gone in so many different directions honestly. The chemistry among the actors were pretty good with a natural flow so I liked that. All in all, it's worth the watch to put in your two cents but the storytelling or the editing could have kept us on track better.

Just too cute but that vertical filming tho, ugh!

I agree with some of the reviews that the reel format sucked. I couldn't really look at these handsome actors on my screen. But outside of that, this was tastefully done with a strong story line and will have you begging for more. The chemistry between the two male leads was just out of this world! Don't sleep on Lee Tae Hyung boy. I guarantee his next BL with the right pairing will explode your screens. I'm here for it. Can't wait for that good angle 😏πŸ”₯

Forbidden Love, Excruciating Bliss

Story was good. Pain factor was too high for just 3 small parts of good moments. It's almost not worth going through all that trouble. I wish they developed her falling for him more because I don't see at which point it happened but next thing I knew there were confessions. Also wish the story started off in high school rather than middle school as the welling of emotions would make more sense and less creepy that a teacher likes a student. Wish they showed mom's reaction at the end. The ending could have been more heartfelt considering their ordeal. Overall good binge watch, great acting, good chemistry just a few missed points here and there.

F Censorships

I don't know why folks are claiming this BL was not good when it broke the internet which alerted to its censorship and cancellation. I swear straight men makes the best BL. Gao De Shi (Sam Lin) reconfirmed that for me in We Best Love. The pacing of Addicted got me addicted. I just wanted to see those two leads on screen. For the folks crying about things being forced and not being consensual, may I remind you that it's Yin Zin who willingly realized his feelings and decided to kiss Hai. All I know is I'm mad I never got to see the good stuff that everyone else saw. Where can I watch an uncut version? I loved the chemistry with the main leads, that's all that I was following. I couldn't give this a 10 since we don't have all the series. How many episodes was supposed to have originally?

Cringy

I watched episode one and was upset, got to episode 2 and was even more upset at Kim Min Joon for giving Jin Hwan all that power. By episode 3, I just couldn't and gave up. Like ugh, no spine at all. I was rooting for him to stand his ground but ugh, alas the disappointment continued. The acting was good, the actors are cute, cinematography is crisp. This had so much potential but they chose to make him sappy. Moving on!
